This last update broke the app

Since the dark mode update was rolled out none of our phones ring on inbound calls. This update was supposed to add support for iOS dark mode, but all it did was break the app. Support solution was to turn off dark mode on the phones affected, which did nothing to fix the problem. Basically this is a useless app a this point, since no inbound calls can be received on the app. Hope they listen and fix it quick.
Spotty connection with call

I wouldn’t use this service. When you really to record a phone call this app won’t connect. There are moments where it does connect and others when it doesn’t even you use your data plan.
That’s another issue, you have to use your data plan instead of WiFi to call, overall I just wouldn’t use this service.
Force update and broken app

This is terrible. Your app forces an update (which is just an update on appearance and nothing important) and now it doesn’t work. Not one call has come through all day today.
Rotten! I will recommend to our company that we drop you and go with another service if this isn’t fixed immediately.
