Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever myTE app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix myTE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the myTE app on iPhone
Update myTE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall myTE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix myTE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve myTE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix myTE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent myTE app issues:

Force Stop the myTE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click myTE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update myTE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear myTE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "myTE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch myTE.

Fix myTE unable to contact server/ myTE internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click myTE » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got myTE » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch myTE on android.
