I have had my camera for a while and got to point where I put it in a drawer to collect dust because the live record is choppy and delayed. Problem is not my wifi. I have another company’s camera and it works great and my other decides work well. I pulled camera out today 9/11 to give another go, hoping by now the app also might be improved. It’s not. Ability to find recorded video is poor. You have to search one date at a time. And I recall that no matter the motion sensitivity I set the camera would always start recording, including for a tree’s shadow. Stay away from this product.

I have three of these cameras — two v1, and one v2. they used to work just fine. now none of them records. I look at the logs and they tell me no events that day. If I look at history, they all suddenly stopped recording at the same time. All have near-empty SD cards.
the cameras are completely useless if I can use them only for live viewing — which is fine. but their real use is in their history. no history, no good.

I try dealing with two techs, they really didn’t care if camera worked or not. I ran some of their solutions which none solved my wireless problem. I was never able to connect the camera to my two wireless routers. They never offer to replace the camera or tried to work in a critical manner. Dont buy this product. The product is as terrible as the customer service & technical team.
