I have three of these cameras — two v1, and one v2. they used to work just fine. now none of them records. I look at the logs and they tell me no events that day. If I look at history, they all suddenly stopped recording at the same time. All have near-empty SD cards.

the cameras are completely useless if I can use them only for live viewing — which is fine. but their real use is in their history. no history, no good.

I try dealing with two techs, they really didn’t care if camera worked or not. I ran some of their solutions which none solved my wireless problem. I was never able to connect the camera to my two wireless routers. They never offer to replace the camera or tried to work in a critical manner. Dont buy this product. The product is as terrible as the customer service & technical team.

I have had my camera for a while and got to point where I put it in a drawer to collect dust because the live record is choppy and delayed. Problem is not my wifi. I have another company’s camera and it works great and my other decides work well. I pulled camera out today 9/11 to give another go, hoping by now Litmor also might be improved. It’s not. Ability to find recorded video is poor. You have to search one date at a time. And I recall that no matter the motion sensitivity I set the camera would always start recording, including for a tree’s shadow. Stay away from this product.

Litmor used to work fine but for the past few months my camera just blinks a red LED and I can’t view it at all. I have tried connecting it to my Wi-Fi again but it just says bad gateway 502. I logged out of Litmor and tried to log back into it and it gives the same error. Bad gateway 502. I NEES this fixed!!! Fix it and I’ll raise the # of ⭐️s. I want to be contacted about this.

Mainly when trying to connect to usb on the computer. Will have slight artifact.

Love this camera. Extremely easy setup. iPhone interface is everything I wanted. Clear picture and sound. Easy voice interaction too. Great product and couldn't be more pleased with it.

Wonderful product WiFi is more than fantastic. Have them installed outdoors and it is flawless absolutely thrilled about this camera! So easy to install!!! The night vision is wonderful!

SO easy to set up. I cannot believe how fast and simple getting them set up is, they are easy to move around if you need to change the view. I bought three and they have all worked fantastically- I have no complaints.

Camera was easy to hook up to wifi,has good picture,alert seems slow could be wifi,wish it had more settings in app for camera,working good so far

This little camera is great! It's easy to use and the picture awesome. I was hesitant to buy based on the reviews, but imglad I did.

This is not in the directions, but after a few emails with customer support I tried this and it instantly worked: If you have a dual-band router you need to turn off the 5G WiFi before setting up the camera. Once the camera is setup and working you can turn the 5G back on. Just having different SSID’s was not enough, the camera kept defaulting to the 5G and would not setup, so just turn off your 5G until the camera is setup and all will be good.

The camera works fine, good picture, and a decent app. Click a button in Litmor to easily share your camera with family and friends. They download Litmor and have access to the camera.

Great camera. Fantastic image for such a small camera. Working well for about a month without a problem. I have it paired with another camera that has a solar panel, and this one is still showing 80% battery for over a month. Highly recommend.
App is pretty easy to use, and with a memory card you have lots of recording room.

I found the camera very easy to setup and get started using it within an hour of receiving. Litmor is easy to use and connect to the camera. It provides some great features and ability to customize to your needs. The one feature I would like to see added would be to customize the body detection to only alert during certain times. Being able to add time frames to alert would be beneficial but, not a deal breaker. Mounting is extremely easy with many options. I will see over time how the battery lasts but, great so far. Highly recommend.

Set up was extremely easy. The quality of the audio and video is much higher than expected. Since this is my first product of this kind I have nothing to compare it with but will suggest this to anyone in the market for a home monitor product. The product has been put at my disposal by the Review Club for testing purposes without any obligation but to provide my opinion on this product.

Very useful and prompt alerts when they detect motion. Clear picture and audio, easy to make out objects or faces up to about 20 feet. Motion detection is very good, almost too good. It's difficult to reduce sensitivity for distance without losing the small movement. The software and hardware are great otherwise

This camera has everything to keep your property safe. The video quality is superb, the same with the notifications. At night the motion alert will turn on the spotlight and alert you via Litmor . If feel threatened the siren can be turn on also via Litmor . I will keep you updated if i see any changes positive or negative.

The camera has a wide view and I can get view of front and back foot at the same time. I can adjust to any angle I want. I like that the volume is adjustable
Sometimes the voice volume breaks up and that might be my connection. Problem and not the camera

I had wanted a good security camera on my garage for a while but didn't have a good way to run power to it. This camera solved that problem with it being able to be independent of plug in power via its battery. Love the this app features and monitoring is reasonably priced.
