I’m having a problem that seems to be happening across the board. I purchased coins and bought chapters in multiple books. Now after something happening with the website some of my purchased chapters are locked. I refuse to pay for them again and I don’t want the run around. Way to expensive for all of that.

Every time I try to log in on my device and switch to the account I had on my old device it won’t transfer my coins. Please help if you can. I looooove this app and have been reading it for awhile now.

I’m not sure of sent in a message through your app but I haven’t gotten a response. I use the option in the books where it reads it to you so I’m able to do other things at the same time. And it was working fine till yesterday then all of a sudden that option is not there anymore. How do I go about getting it fixed

I have paid 739 for 1500 coins thru gcash but although the payment pushed through, dreame did not credit it to my account. It didnt even show my purchase. I have countless emails to them with attached proof of payment and other related screenshots of my transaction but they have not resolved the situation even now. Its been a long time and the coins have not beed credited yet. Its frustrating when I only asked to get what i paid for but they havent solved the problem. They dont even read the emails correctly nor check the attachments.
