I left a voice message for Brooke, but I want to be sure that this goes somewhere as quickly as possible. It will be three weeks tomorrow since we have heard from our contractor, Bob Main, DJK Construction, whom we hired through you. He and his demo guy worked for three and a half days. The bathroom is completely demolished. On the fourth day, the demo guy, then assisting with plumbing, walked off the job, taking all his tools with him. We have not heard from Bob Main, DJK Construction, since. We received a call from the shower wall supplier, saying that the walls are to be picked up next week (week of 10/25). I left a voice mail message for Bob yesterday afternoon, Tuesday 10/19. I sent an e-mail last night asking him to call this morning. It's 3:10 and he has not responded. We understand that he has a major problem, but we would like him to at least communicate. Three weeks with no work is very difficult for us, too. (We have additional problems.) This is typical of him. AFTER we signed the contract with him, we did not hear from him for six weeks, despite numerous attempts to contact him. I fear that asking for help from you will displease him and that it will affect his future work--if there is any. We don't know what to do next. Bob Main, DJK, should definitely not be listed as available for work now, as he is unable to complete ours. Nancy Darlington Pittsburgh, PA 15237 412-366-3797 Phone conversations are easier for me. If unavailable, 7 rings get our machine.

Do not waste your time with BuildZoom. BuildZoom send their leads to over 10 contractor (sometimes even more). That type of practice, ruins potentially good leads. Do not waste your time, energy, and resources chasing dead end leads.

Great company if you want spam correspondences. Especially unsolicited ones.

After some update, I now can’t get past the notification screen that asks to turn on or leave off…Waste of time having the app if I just have to go to the web browser and login 🤯🤯
