Do not waste your time with BuildZoom. BuildZoom send their leads to over 10 contractor (sometimes even more). That type of practice, ruins potentially good leads. Do not waste your time, energy, and resources chasing dead end leads.
Great company if you want spam correspondences. Especially unsolicited ones.
After some update, I now can’t get past the notification screen that asks to turn on or leave off…Waste of time having BuildZoomPro if I just have to go to the web browser and login 🤯🤯
If you need customer service from the platform you dead.
I download it build zoom try as a lead service. I got a few leads generated that lead to no possible work, but still wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt I sent the jobs I had to trash and then stopped receiving any type of leads. I contacted customer service five times so far and have not gotten any response, but if you go on her main page you can text and talk somebody and they say that they will get right to you with customer service and send any problem. They have two support teams so they can follow up and still nothing happens not a way to do business.
App is garbage don’t waste your time!
I’ve had some success with this company. I’m glad to see them making improvements and now they have an app, it will be easier to manage the jobs leads that come in.
BuildZoomPro helps me manage my projects with them and the clients they send me.
I’ve been a long time user of BuildZoom and BuildZoomPro has made managing my projects much easier. Big improvement over trying to use the website online. Would recommend to any contractor!
