The Tango Reserve by AgilQuest iOS app allows mobile workers to make workspace and conference room reservations using their phone rather than logging into a PC or waiting in line at a Kiosk. Employees of organizations using the Tango Reserve resource scheduling system can now make, check in to, and even cancel reservations while traveling, as long as they have Internet connectivity. Installation and configuration of Tango Reserve by AgilQuest is a prerequisite for using TangoReserve. This feature may be turned off by disabling the "Use Location Based Check In" option under Settings. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. This action will disable check-in notifications from TangoReserve .
