Do not use مشاتل, order has been pending for days. They will not answer your phone calls nor your messages. They’ll take your money and leave u stranded.

There is no number to call. My order is pending for few days now. How can I track it? No number to call no email .. nothing

Nothing is stable- prices nor products.
When a product is sold out they higher the price the next time it's available.
That if it will be available.
Customer service is genuinely bad. Contacted them through different platforms with zero care from their behalf. I wouldn't recommend at all.

It’s not my first time using this application. I was very satisfied until my last experience. I received a dying plant and it’s been over a month. Everytime I contact customer service they inform me that they will take the necessary action and then completely ignore my request. Customer service falsely promised me with returning the plant over 3 times. You seriously need to address this poor service, and ask the nurseries not to fool your clients with the worst plant quality!

Its been over a week waiting for my missing items to be delivered. I have been contacting customer service almost everyday and nothing has been delivered

The application is well designed and nice products offered. However, When i push the button to pay, مشاتل doesn’t respond. Tried several times and no response.

Payment by Visa doesn’t go through. I had to use K-net. Also can’t sort search bar results by price or newest products or any other criteria.

Amazing yet needs bigger verity, no hoses, sprayers and large plants

I tried it now for almost 5 times and I love it. Good job.

Honestly, when I found out that the nurseries had an app, I thought it was going to be a disorganized mess. Instead, it was very user friendly, highly organized, well laid out, and incredibly simple. It took me exactly 3 minutes to download مشاتل and buy the tree I wanted.

Excellent app. Easy to use. UI very well designed. Easy checkout, reliable and trustworthy. Very recommend. 🙂⚡️🌻

Note: in the section -Soil Fertilizer Pesticide- a Ladybug 🐞 image was used for icon’s background 🤨😅🤔

Isn’t ladybug 🐞 a kinda “Luky charm symbol” ?! Like a cool or happy creature. So I guess it dose not resonate with “Pesticides etc.”, no?!

Ordered 2 plants and they came earlier than expected. Not only, the delivery staff was friendly and explained what was needed for the plant. Great app highly recommend it!!

I like the details and care and sizes . The experience was very smooth I just placed my order مشاتل deserves more hype. Good job good luck

I don’t believe it delivers to American sadly. I’ve been searching for an app to buy indoor plants, but I guess this one only has one flaw for me. : )

The interface is great, easy to use and navigate. Good amount of plants and plant related things. Delivery is quick and my experiences with مشاتل so far have all been great. I wish more nurseries would join.

I’ve download مشاتل when it first launched and set an order right away! Super quick with the delivery, very easy and simple to use. It’s very convenient in terms of getting necessities for the garden.

I’d love to see more in variety of stores/brands on مشاتل though!
