It’s not my first time using this application. I was very satisfied until my last experience. I received a dying plant and it’s been over a month. Everytime I contact customer service they inform me that they will take the necessary action and then completely ignore my request. Customer service falsely promised me with returning the plant over 3 times. You seriously need to address this poor service, and ask the nurseries not to fool your clients with the worst plant quality!

Nothing is stable- prices nor products.
When a product is sold out they higher the price the next time it's available.
That if it will be available.
Customer service is genuinely bad. Contacted them through different platforms with zero care from their behalf. I wouldn't recommend at all.
