External bank account disconnected two weeks ago, been trying to contact them left several messages, you get a generated response. And if you call them there’s no way to leave a voicemail. What’s going to happen when my payment is due?
I cannot login in. I’m getting a message that I must verify an OLD phone number. I don’t use that number anymore!!! My number is 240-796-5798 and I know that’s the number my bank has too. So I’m confused and I can’t resolve this. No one is responding to me for weeks now from Grain!

It says that it sent email for confirmation but it’s not in my email and I tried to resend it

App will not let me reconnect bank account and now app is not available in our country yet I have to make a payment.
Something is wrong with my Grain app. It keeps saying documents submitted for verification. What documents are needed? Because my account is still being debited for my payments because my account is still active to my knowledge. But I cannot access the Grain dashboard to see any updates that have been made to my account at all. And it’s been this way for weeks.

It is giving me a screen that reads accept offer and then push notifications and then it wants me to verify who I am by sending a copy of my ss card. I can’t get off that screen to unlink acct or change any info. HELP

This is a SCAM!!!! My family and friends has gone to the police seeking help with this fraudulent issue with this app new requirements. We were told to contact the FBI!! This appears to be a SECURITY BRENCH. Everyone needs to protect their information that was provided immediately. Close all banking accounts . Lock your social security numbers . Reports this to your local authorities immediately.
