I have a problem with Ways

No current problems

- The app displays ads over 60% of the screen.

- The app doesn't work and Waze just spins forever.

- The app is slow to respond to voice and slow to open Waze.

- The app doesn't solve any problem as the user can speak instead of type with Waze directly.

- The app doesn't have the voice reporting feature for hazards, police, traffic, etc. which is important and hazardous management for Waze.

- The user recommends not wasting time on this app.

To resolve Ways network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Ways App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ways » click [Force Stop]

Clear Ways App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ways » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ways.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ways » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ways » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
