I got on the scale and reviewed the information. It seemed accurate. Then my athletic son who has 10% body fat got on and it said he has 22% body fat! No way does he have that much body fat. Now I question the numbers the scale gave me. Was so excited to get this scale but it is pointless if you can’t get correct measurements.

I’m so disappointed in this product. I received it as a gift and it doesn’t function at all. It will not pair with the scale. So scale is complete useless.

TrackFit is ridiculous! Other than body weight not a thing changes. It’s been months and every day my water % along with everything else is the SAME!! TrackFit is a waste of time u less you want to track your weight. Overall, the scale and app have been a big disappointment. I’m sure there are better fitness scales out there! Would not recommend this one!

I purchased this scale … but it won’t connect to my phone via Bluetooth. I’ve read all the instructions and TrackFit is garbage as is the scale save yourself the money and don’t buy this piece of garbage.

Was working great now whenever I try to log in it just says wrong server info and shuts down.

Truly amazing/scary how with gender, age ,height, and weight so much information is provide. And I’m confused that I aged 5 years in one day while still weighting exactly the same?

I was so excited to get a fit track scale for my birthday! I have been wanting one for a few years! I wish I would have seen that TrackFit is garbage before asking for it! TrackFit doesn’t save any info…. I can get my weight and that is it! Nothing else will ever show up. It spins and spins saying to stay on the device! And then when I step off it won’t even save my weight! So without TrackFit telling you the info, the scale only shows your weight so it is a complete waste with TrackFit that does nothing! Super frustrated!

TrackFit is so horribly designed that it can’t even use Bluetooth correctly. It is embarrassing and it makes the fit track scale worthless. You guys need to level up and do better.

I was super excited at the possibility of checking my BMI water composition, muscle mass, etc. and seeing my progress track…. yup worked maybe two weeks after that it doesn’t register anything. It hasn’t given me a reading in the last 90 days. U watch your weight on the screen and it remains analyzing… forever. The scale has turned off and left the building. The apps still analyzing. What? I have no idea! I eventually just deleted TrackFit because it’s taking up space and just use the scale like a regular scale. One I clearly overpaid for since I could’ve bought a basic digital one for $19.99 to tell me my weight. This is the second scale I fall for that TrackFit just doesn’t work and I ended up getting ripped off getting none of the diagnostics promised by the manufacturer.

Love my scale and TrackFit worked great with it up until last week when I could no longer pair it…It just says “searching”,,,So disappointing

App is difficult, confusing prompts will not connect to Bluetooth!

Multiple attempts to register. Never received email to reset password.

I bought this scale a few years ago and app was great. Now you can’t sign on with new app so it is worthless. Do not buy this scale!

I’ve had this scale for three years. The old app was great, I have NO clue why they changed it. You can’t reset your password, so that $100 you spent on the smart scale has a really stupid app.

Bought it and today I used it for the first time and boy, this scale is so wrong. My weight is 62.5 lb !! I weigh over 160 lb. I checked the unit of measurement several times and it’s still way off ! What do I do now ?

Honestly I miss the old app from 2-3 years ago. The new version doesn’t sync properly. When I weigh myself it takes forever to load and it never records the data down. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Worked for about five readings, and then it would only show my way, and would not even save it very disappointed in TrackFit and scale to not buy

We got this and the day we got it we set up our app and it was great. Since that time it will not connect. We have had this about a month and was looking forward to getting the information. Unfortunately right now it’s just an overpriced scale.

Had this product for several years, each time TrackFit updates it gets worse, and now I lost all my historical progress. It would be nice to have a device from a non-greedy corporation but if that existed CEOs wouldn’t be driving luxury sport cars. I’m never buying from this company again.

Had this scale for a few yrs now and in the beginning it was great!! Then one day my husband and I lost all our info and our phone and scale has never connected again it’s just now a very expensive scale!! Do not buy it. And if you have one do not let your phone update TrackFit !! 2 yrs of just a scale is very upsetting

I waited over a year to get my scale. Once I started using it I had no problems. No my scale will not sync to TrackFit . The FAQ does not have any suggestions on what to do.

Why does TrackFit default back to Kg from Lb?? Every time I go into TrackFit it changes. How do you fix this?

So, years ago, I bought the digital scale. I have not been happy lately with the scale’s recommended app, so I tried this one. TrackFit was able to detect and connect to the scale, and synced perfectly without issues! I like the simple interface, and that it really just shows the stats from the scale - which is perfect. It also syncs to Apple Health, which is great.

I get Dexa Scans a couple times a year and notice the numbers are pretty close. I use the Fit Track scale. Its not an exact science but for the average “trying to loose fat and gain muscle” person, It’s a great way to stay on track. I wish there was a spot to add notes to each day.

I love TrackFit so much. It is simple and helpful. The analysis is very detailed. It is enough for me. The main reason is that it is completely free. It is more used than the paid app I bought before, and there is no consumption trap. Very happy, if you don't change, I will never give up

It’s really awesome! I can always monitor my health through this scale, and more importantly, I have a better understanding of my physical health!

I have been thoroughly impressed by the performance and functionality of the scale app I recently discovered. TrackFit has proven to be an invaluable addition to my daily routine, making it incredibly convenient to measure a variety of items with remarkable precision. From its intuitive interface to its impressive accuracy, this scale app has truly exceeded my expectations.

I own a fit track and with the recent acquisition TrackFit has become unusable. I downloaded this on whim in hopes that it would allow me to track my basic info, and it does just that. Also, it connects to my health app on my phone with which even the original FitTrack app didn’t do so I’m pretty happy. Thank you so much.

Will not allow me to enter a password. The field is locked. I requested a password reset that was never sent to my email. Will likely get a new scale with a better app option.

What more could you ask for!
