Dr Bernstein is my favorite doctor. He listens to me, n knows me n my issues, which is great because I’m a tad complicated. He knows when I’m good n when I’m bad. I never worry he doesn’t hear my concerns. Medically he’s a terrific doctor n he will stand behind me n if I disagree or another doc feels I’m wrong, he will either express his confirm or let them know they are wrg..
I would recommend him to anyone as a great doctor n professional. He’s kind great bedside manner, n he’s the real deal. He’s positive, yet honest, n knows me, n I him.
I know he would be difficult to replace. I pray I have him as my doc till the end. Doctor Bernstein is my lifesaver!!!

I have Health on demand app and whenever I get an appointment scheduled through my provider, I would think PennStateHealthOnDemand would allow me to click into my appointment. However you must wait for an email and then click on the link and then the link doesn’t always connect to the appointment. The only way I was able to do my HealthOnDmnd was through my cell phone. It worked but it took me over 40 minutes to get connected & I missed my appointment. Fortunately my provider was willing to see me anyways.

Ugh it’s so frustrating for a top rated institution to have such lousy IT…I’m an employee & can verify that many of the programs & platforms are antiquated by comparing the sites with other companies whose products are so much more efficient!!!

These providers have been apart of my life and my daughters life for 35+ years, and I can’t say enough to express my trust and appreciation for their caring service they have provided to us. Everyone of them including all the clinical and administrative staff have always been very pleasant and helpful with our medical needs. They take the time to listen and to really understand what our needs are. And, I am so thankful to have wonderful providers like Red Rose Peds, n GIM. PennStateHealthOnDemand is amazing and the doctors are even better !! I have been working with dr Bone and I have not seen any doctor in my entire life that cares as much as dr Bone ! I’ve worked with many doctors and honestly it’s amazing to see a doctor who listens to you not just does the routine visits! I am so happy I found him and I am very pleased with penn state health in general! Anyone looking for medical treatment or even just routine visits please give them a try they are the best in the state in my opinion!

Dr Fan is the best! He has taken care of my hypo parathyroid as well as thyroid needs for 14 year. He’s very professional and detailed. He is also very compassionate to me as a person. He’s always in time. He asks questions and also allows me to ask him questions. I have no complaints about Dr Chris Fan or his office. Even his staff is professional and compassionate which you don’t see often.

The login. I asked PennStateHealthOnDemand to kindly remember me, which it didn’t. The login does not let you access keychain passwords, so, it’s very hard to use a step by suggested password. I have to manually go into keychain and copy and paste the password. This is a huge pain point.
Second. The intro video. The audio really needs to be directed to my headphones. It will only play through the phone speakers, which makes checking in for my appointment awkward while sitting in my office - before I take the actual call in a more private place.

My experience speaking to the nurse while her demand was excellent and informative! However the questions leading up to the video appointment were very confusing in regards to the nature of our request, which was for setting up a Covid test for travel. It might be best to have some sort of explanation that indicates that the nurse will be setting up your appointment for that test instead of seeing you for some kind of problem.

This method of medicine is great for someone like me who just needed to talk to a doctor but not necessarily having to see him in person. He answered my questions and I was satisfied with the answers. In about 5 minutes we were finished and I never had to leave home

I like the virtual visits they’re very comfortable because I’m in my own home I can see if my doctor my doctor can see me quite well some of the test that he would do with me in his office he can check while we’re in the virtual visit I think it’s great save me a lot of travel time and and I just like it it’s really cool

My first time with on demand and was really awesome ms speziale was really helpful help me understand everything,explained everything real good and make me feel comfortable without leaving the house I’m a high risk so this service was awesome

Really impressed with this platform! Was not expecting to actually speak with a live person via video chat who was also a registered nurse. I thought it would be me typing in a chat room to a virtual robot of some sort. Really impressed with this!

I really appreciated being able to have a doctor visit via video chat! It has allowed me to remain in my home and still have my medical issues met! I find Dr. Andrews to be a caring and kind professional and I am grateful to have found him. He restores my faith in the medical system!

Wonderful virtual visit today with Sue James for my daughter! Simple diagnosis that was easy to do over the phone. We would completely do a visit like this again, considering the issue could be resolved in a virtual visit! Save us time and no contact with others!

I really enjoyed the video visit with my Dr. Being able to stay comfortable at home and see my dr is amazing!!! I prefer my visits this way and hope to be able to see all of my drs through Penn State on Demand!!! Thank you for providing this exceptional way to see my drs!!!

Being able to visit with the Best Doctor I know, Dr Nana Barnasko, is such a blessing. She always is there to help any way she can. After having Crohn’s for 55 years, she has cared more and got me to a better place than any other Dr ever has. I am blessed to have her on my side!

I found it awkward to use.
There was some trouble about how many questions I had to answer. How does PennStateHealthOnDemand work with just General questions I have been going through the web portal.
I was using it on my phone. The nurse had to hang up before the doctor could use PennStateHealthOnDemand . I found the user experience to be very troubling.

Thanks for this option to continue treatment for my asthma. As a new, full-time caregiver getting away to a doctor’s office wasn’t possible. This option allowed me to keep up with some health concerns that aren’t urgent, but needed attention. Thanks!!

I’m very satisfied with the quality of the care I’ve received. Dr. Littlejohn is a welcomed addition to the team of healthcare professionals who look out for my wellbeing. My primary concern has been addressed and we’re making adjustments to make things as good as they can get.

After many attempts we’ve finally completed a visit using PennStateHealthOnDemand. A big improvement would be for the live participants to have equal space on the display.

One interruption occurred when the connection was lost, so there are a few bugs to work out.

My Telehealth visit with Dr. Matthew Evans was amazing! Penn State on Demand has been set up for easy navigation, starting with Maria’s patient way of getting me on PennStateHealthOnDemand which continued to step me through the entire process. Thanks for making my virtual visit so comfortable.

I waited for roughly five hours only to give up and then see that the doctor I selected had gone offline. I wish it would have informed me before I stayed up so late hoping to get some help or enabled me to select a doctor that was online. Very upset and still no help.
