This store is the worst! This was the first and last time shopping from this store. I ordered 8 items for the first time because everything looks great on the pictures they put. First, it took two months to receive the first package even thought it said 15-20days shipping and it came in 4 different packages in 4 different times. Second, when I did get the items I was extremely disappointed because the material was very cheap and ugly, they looked nothing like on the pictures. The sizes are very confusing because even though I ordered some mediums and some larges because I wasn’t sure about the sizes, some of the mediums were too big and the larges were too small to fit. I contacted the customer service multiple times but all they told me was I can return it and it costs more than $50 for shipping. I ended up paying for shipping and returned some of them and threw away the rest since I refused to pay for shipping again. The process was so aggravating and annoying! I lost a lot of money and my time! NEVER AGAIN!

I’ve place four orders with them totaling well over $500. Three of the four orders were messed up. This last one was the final draw. I placed an order for 15 items. They sent me a message saying one item was out of stock but instead of crediting my card back they wanted me to keep it as store credit. It took 4 days to win that battle. Secondly, I accidentally ordered two of one item. While I’m sure folks may mean to do this I wish they would’ve asked if it was an error because they won’t take it back as a return (which I do understand). The icing on the cake was one item was missing and they won’t do anything about it because I don’t have pictures of the original package it came in. Still don’t understand why it’s needed or why they think I’d be lying about a $10 item when I just spent $215. Anyway, IF you’re looking for any type of customer service, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

I wish I could post a screenshot of the other online shops (aliases) this Co. goes by. This Co. goes by several different names and has multiple sites with the same items, same pictures, same "deals," same prices. Just copy & paste the name of any of their items in Google search and a bunch of other websites with the alternative aliases will come up. Tell-tale sign of a FAKE COMPANY. Do Not fall into this trap! If the model's heads all being cropped out wasn't a red flag to you already. Scam sites use pictures stolen from legitimate websites to trick potential customers into believing they sell good quality items. It's a stolen pic if the head is cut off bc they dont want the original picture to be easy to find and the model wont be identifiable. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

I paid an extra $25 for 10 day shipping and it still took over a month to even receive my package. Also some of the stuff for advertise us to the five day shipping within the US but it still takes over a month. Also if you have to return anything you have to pay for all your shipping cost there is no free returns. I ordered from ROMWE and SHEIN around the same time as I ordered from here in got my packages way before, and you get free returns. Everything is overpriced for the quality of the clothes. I’m very disappointed in their customer service and will never be shopping here again. Not to mention that their sizes are very messed up, it’s either super small or big :(

I wish I would have read the reviews before hand, but I wanted a cute jumper I saw a girl was wearing on IG. So I go on BoutiquefeelOnlineFashion ordered the jumper and a few other items (total of 4). After a month of waiting I received the distressed ripped jeans or so I thought. They were not at all what was pictured on their page. I ordered a size small, but they were more like a medium in size. The color I received was dark denim with minimum ripped /holes and zero distressed, light color to them. Although I love stretchy jeans, had they been a true small they would have fit perfectly. Now to wait and see what the remaining 3 items look like. LOL

First of all I placed my order on 5/26 and finally received it today 7/7. That in itself is ridiculous! One of the tops I ordered is completely see through. It didn’t look that way online. Another top looks NOTHING like the pictures online. They didn’t show the view from the back. It’s very deceiving. It’s too much of a pain to send back so I’m either gonna see if a friend wants the tops I ordered or I’m gonna donate them. VERY Disappointing considering how long it took to receive them.

I tried BoutiquefeelOnlineFashion thinking it’d be as great as the pictures. WRONG!!! I had to wait 2 months to get my order first off. THEN THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG THINGS. I ordered 6 items, but only received 4 items I’d NEVER seen before. Customer service is trash!!! The contact number for BoutiquefeelOnlineFashion automatically goes to voicemail, and never returns calls. The items I received looked like they came from an old used clothes store. I spent $87, and got clothes worth $3. I wouldn’t recommend BoutiquefeelOnlineFashion to ANYONE!!! I need my money back immediately

I get it’s coming from China but so does Shein. Ordered stuff the same day from each website and I received my Shein order 3 weeks ago (3 weeks after order). This order still isn’t even in the US yet after 6 weeks total. I’m inclined to say they start the shipping process before they even ship your product so it looks like it’s been shipped when it hasn’t. It’s now mid-Jan so you better start your summer shopping if you want it in time.

The order shipped from China and took over one month to arrive. The tracking and apps are a very low quality and you don’t know when your order will arrive until a few days before hand. Two out of the six items were grossly low quality and did not come close to fitting the description or the photos. We will not shop from the site again. I suggest you also avoid it.

I just received the previous order and I’m happy with the quality of the materials used so I highly recommend them.

Unable to truly rate since I have been waiting several weeks and when I went to track the order I noticed it has not moved in 4 days. Beginning to wonder if the order will ever arrive?

I love everything I’ve got so far I’ve ordered 3X and normally would get an XL shipping takes a little long for spending at least $10 on it but that’s the only reason i would not give it a five star rating 😍

While the shipping takes longer than expected, I did figure out it’s coming from overseas. But the products seem well made and fit my Fiancé perfect. Just made another order 👍🏽👍🏽

It’s too good to be true. I ordered for my family over $400 worth of clothes lines product. They only send me couple pair for my wife and it doesn’t match with the description. It so hard to get there reply back and they ignored you. I couldn’t get my money back at all totally scam. I wish they stop all this Chinese scam. Dont buy online people just buy local is better. Lesson learn.

First off order over a month ago. Contact customer service and get the same thing it’s shipped. Use the tracking number and it said it was in China. Now when I try to check I don’t have a tracking number or any shipping information!!! And can not contact customer service now!! Scam!

I wish I had read the reviews before uploading BoutiquefeelOnlineFashion. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. It takes forever for the merchandise to be delivered and the item had nothing to do with the ones they have the pictures (which are not what they sale) on their “site”. I also find out that they use many other names to sale their cheap stuff. SCAMMERS!!!!!

They will take your money. Please help me report them to The FBI they are thieves and will take your money. I called my local police department and they have advised we all make a report on the FBI Internet fraud. E more reportings they can have our community aware through news or media or different ways so this doesn’t happy to someone else.

I waited over 2 months for my order. Customer service told me 3 times to “wait 2-3 more days and your order will ship.” It is now going on 2 months with no shipment. They just copy and paste the same response every time yet no shipment has occurred yet.

Clothing is extremely cheap, takes forever to arrive. Doesn’t match the pictures. They don’t honor returns and their customer service is trash

Beware of BoutiquefeelOnlineFashion. I clicked on the clothes on Facebook and all of a sudden it said processing payment. Going to report this to Facebook ASAP

Es un fraude , bien q t cobran de tu tarjeta pero no t envían nada. Mande un correo y m mandaron un tracking number q ni existe.
