One of the laziest app developing I have come across

MyleDriver was good until I was having issues with my phone were I had to delete and re-install MyleDriver then you quickly realize how lazy and inefficient MyleDriver development is with this application. There is no way to get help on MyleDriver are website the email on the website returns a delivery failure; the phone number provided don’t work; there are dead links all over the site. Example: None of the social logos lead to anywhere. The FAQ links lead to nowhere. The have rider help tab on the site and a driver help tab which is populated by dead space. There is no way of just logging back into your account like a already have an account button instead I’m being prompted to get started which will attempt to create a whole new account in which I get stopped all the way at the end because my email in already in use. You would think it would recognize my number is already in use as well. Well how the hell do I log back into my already existing account? This is the laziest app developing I have ever experienced in an app especially one that is suppose to be providing transportation in nyc.

Terrible signup process! Messy and annoying!

I have sign up with 5 different apps of this kind in NYC and this one by far the worst for sign up process and missing info to the point that I just gave up on them.
Customer service is a joke (based in Kiev, Ukraine) half way across the world (i guess its cheeper there) Every time I tried to contact rep they replied someone will contact me in the next 3-6 hours and never did. Also app itself has a lot of flows...for example there is no mention to how much money you will be paid per trip (minimums in NYC and such) or their cut out of your pay. You have to go to physical office to finish up signup process because otherwise MyleDriver won’t accept your vehicle. I tried to upload some docs from my phone to save time but app won’t allow it. Unless you have the docs right in front of you to snap pics then upload app won’t let you upload any pictures from your phone... what a great idea!
People with no knowledge of the rid-share industry have no business developing an app.

They suspended the account while I had a passenger in the car

Do what you will, my experience with this small Jewish owned company was terrible. I worked there for two weeks and in that span of time my account was suspended twice by the same lady who leads the support team at the base in Brooklyn. If you speak to that lady in the slightest disagreeable tone she will suspend your account. She suspendeded my account while I had a passenger in the car. You will also make no where as much as they claim, because the list of stops that your allotted for the day make no logistical sense. Their trickery is to make your daily list of stops and the sum of the payouts to look attractive as it’s displayed on MyleDriver but you won’t be able to complete the list and make that total sum because they never give you a list that can be completed seamlessly without hiccups. These people are small timers probably operating on very thin margins. They will also try to take a bigger percentage from you in a forcible and abrupt manner. Be careful.

If I could give them no star

Terrible company the taxi limousine requires us to take a drug test every year why should I have to take a drug test to work for this company pay out of my pocket $35 and customer service is very rude she was not happy with me asking multiple questions that she couldn’t even answer her accent was not from here so she had a problem understanding not only that but the company doesn’t even have a sign up bonus to work for this company every company starting in nyc has a signup bonus and I Hurd from others they take a large commission no good that’s not what we need here in nyc we already have Lyft and Uber that are no good only good thing that came to New York was juno great working with them & even being a customer when I would go out.

Guys please whatever you do. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. They are holding my paycheck , they blocked me when I reached out. They try to make you pay to maintenance their vehicles & also never reimburse you. They give you gas cards that you have to hope and pray work, the gas cards literally declined every other week leaving me stranded & having to pay out of pocket to fill the tank, they also never reimbursed me it’s ridiculous after i told them I quit they asked me to wait two days to quit & after I said no they never paid me most unprofessional job I have ever worked I do not see this company lasting long please believe the reviews they are not paying people! They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this !

Money steal

Myle has alot of problem and one of them is when you take the toll if you pass the toll more than 5 times they will only pay you 3 no matters how many times you pass the toll the rest of the money they keep it on my language that is stealing another steal that they does is when you pick a ride thats is paying certain amount and when you pick the ride they drop the pric and on top os that if you cancel they will charge you a stupid cancellation fees thats so stupid. Another problem when you are arriving at the location they will take off the ride from your app and drove for nothing. Very bad company

Before everyone should pay on time, the application should improve, the time waits for the clients of a lot and the payment for the trips is often little and for the reason that many times you have to pay bridges, it should ensure that when Give a trip the client is still waiting for the driver because on repeated occasions I have to travel 12 minutes to pick up the client and when I call the client says I am no longer there

Red flag completed scams

As I’m writing this off a I need everyone to report them to the department of labor for refusing to pay their drivers I haven’t received my money and it has been 5 weeks together we are strong a major law suit needs to be filed against Myle technology as they are taking us as a joke without us driver you guys are nun they will call us in a middle of a ride then when you check they will change the price completely rip off their drivers no wonder why these poor access a ride been complaining about waiting for 3 hours it’s not fair

Had bad experience with this dispatcher!!!

Please look all drivers comment here. All are negative comments because this company making money using drivers time & energy. I got very bad experiences while I’m working with them.
#Helpline number receiving only one woman who is talking always rude.
#they don’t pay tolls, sometimes going to pick up passengers u need to pass the tollgate so both tolls drivers have to pay
#if u have schedule & some passengers cancelled the trip & u will wait one hour for next passengers& next passengers is far away to pick up sometimes an hour to drive.
#some passengers also very rough talking, when u will call passengers that u r waiting & some passengers are telling I have to wait until he/she will be ready so sometimes I wait 20-30 minutes too

I hope new drivers will think before dey start working with this company.

Horrible service towards drivers

I have issues with the service from dispatchers and service. Asked to talk supervisor multiples. To be told to call back tomorrow for 3 weeks. Not paid properly. And never contacted by the employer not once. When asked to speak with superviser dispatch told me no and said I have to come in and still has not fixed issues with service provided by dispatch. Then dispatch will suspend your account for no reason. This is violation of rights and needs to be changed

They unpaid my wages for three weeks

In American especially New York City, there is a law that not allow a TLC company to owe the pay at least 2 weeks, but they did this like that, I drove for them almost 3 months, before September was paying me by on-time, but after that they always paid me last three week's which was different with they saying that they will pay me by next Tuesday. So now, I am afraid to work for them until they paid me all of my works.

Glad you’re reading this review. Trust me you need to stay away from this horrible & momey stealing company, they literally made the account to $0 and never paid. Called them and still never paid. I have nother choice then deleting MyleDriver and going for different option. Terrible terrible experience. 👎🏽👎🏽 I wish there was rating below 0 because 1 is still high.

Waste your time and gas

I work for this access ride company last 1 month and i had very bad experience this company pay you very low price like queens jamica to city 96 street $29 including toll and how much safe after go 15 miles 23 dollars in one hour and that also don’t know you can get the passanger and not because few time i go to the desination and they cancel the ride . Bursut people with bad experience .

Navigation issue

Every time I arrived at pick up location getting ready to navigate to the final destination, the navigation will not connect with the final destination address. I have to copy the address and paste it manually on my navigation in other for it to work. Could you look into this and fix this problem.

Very unprofessional customer service!

If you ever decide to work with this company consider yourself having more than one boss, meaning their customer phone representatives treat you like nobody, giving orders at the same time, calling you while driving and controlling you. They’re very unprofessional young less trained people with no respect and no business ethics. If I could give minus star I would! Sorry guys, I quit after two days!

Rude service

Gave it a try no doubt they get little busy but when you call for support there is a guy very rude dont know how to talk they dont know who is paying for his minimum wage he hung up on me for nothing called back couple of times and he didn’t pick up next day when i called the lady picked up and she was so nice thumbs up for her

Can’t accept trip request

Before I drop off the passenger I can’t accept trip request, it is still loading…..loading….. when I restart MyleDriver , it show me I didn’t accept it, my goodness , This problem make me missed a lot of nearby trips.

This company is really NYC TAXI YELLOW GROUP, Corporate Transit Group is the real base who gives myle only a few rides a week to give the drivers. So a lot of times you have gaps in your route where you can be waiting from a half hour to 2 hours with no passengers, also riders cancel and they don’t replace it the ride. You have to call and be on hold for 10-20 minutes to speak to dispatch where most of the dispatchers are very rude & disrespectful. The fares are horrible and make no sense for the time and distance because they take a large commission that you can’t see how much they are taking. The system that makes the schedule only gives you one 10$-20$ ride for a whole hour, when the smarter and more economical thing would be to pool the rides together. They also added a update where if you get a ride request you can’t see where the trip is taking you. All this means they do not care about the DRIVER!. Just don’t drive for this company if you want to make a decent living, taxi drivers have way to much expenses to drive for this small and cheap company.

One of the worst!

One of the worst broker to work with for lots of reasons 1 they steal from drivers fair and only pay driver a small portion of the actual fair that driver should receive 2 horrible unprofessional and disrespectful dispatcher that treat drivers like they own you and your car as if you an employee 3 lots of favoritism between dispatchers and drivers ones you get to your pick up address after driving for 28min or more MyleDriver well tell you canceled but in the meantime another driver is picking up the same ride in front of your eyes this has happened to me almost everyday . I quit!!

Hi I worked with Myle for 6 mounts it was ok , but I got problems whenever I try to select the trip cannot accept Mta jobs plz contact Myle support when I try to contact Myle office they said they don’t know it was Mta who did this and they don’t know why they did this we will let you know it been 3 days I am out of work any body has same issues ? They got all my information. They said I was waiting on an interview. No one contacted me. They next day when I called them, they Said they were no longer hiring. My friend called they told her to go online, that they were hiring. They are liars and deceptive.

Do NOT I repeat Do NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY . I’ve worked in the DMV area for them and They will not try to pay you enough for far commute ! They also NEVER payed me my last check which resulted in me quitting the job ! I called them everyday about this and they all gave me a attitude and made me sit on the phone for almost 20 minutes to answer . Do not work them they are VERY PETTY!
