“In process”

I bought 2 items on September 16 and after about 5 weeks it still said “in process”. So I called and could never get anyone to answer the phone or return my phone call. I left a message and no one called me back. So a emailed to see what was going on with my purchases. The emailed back and said “we are having phone trouble. We are trying to get all our older invoices sent out now.” So after another couple of weeks with my items still not fulfilled I tried calling again and still could not get anyone on the phone or a return call. I emailed them and told them I was frustrated because the customer service was so awful and I just wanted the items that I bought 2 MONTHS ago or a refund if the did not have the items. Instead of calling me back to explain what happened they just refunded my purchases with no other explanation! What’s most frustrating about it is that they still have the items I purchased for sale on the app! Ridiculous! Don’t buy anything from them unless you can wait 3-6 months for it (if they ever actually send you the things you bought). I did buy one other thing from the app that took 6 weeks to get and when it arrived it still had the “made in China” sticker on it. Don’t buy anything from them!

Never again!

I placed two orders on April 14th and was charged immediately for them. I received everything but a $45 sign. My order says fulfilled yet a month later and still no sign. I have emailed twice! The first response I got was a generic response. The second response I was told it would ship this week. It’s Thursday and still nothing. At this point I just want my money back. I wanted to shop small but waiting a month for something that says in stock is beyond ridiculous. The customer service is non existent! I have shopped from other small shops and not had this problem!
