When I launch it, it gets stuck on the launch screen spinning, and never loading. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t help; neither does restarting my phone!
I don’t understand the 4.5 rating for KrisbySingaporeAirlines. It’s has no benefits or navigating thru the menu and services are Sub Par. Please improve KrisbySingaporeAirlines and Change it. And please do not tell me to contact krisflyer. Com to resolve my complaint. This is an internal app design flaw.
KrisbySingaporeAirlines doesn’t even have a primary function to filter results by country! It lists merchants that includes eg. India when one is in Singapore.
And this function looks available in the website.
Always a hassle to find out I am forced to update KrisbySingaporeAirlines when I am at cashier to make payment. Using it less cos of this.
Impossible site to understand how to navigate. Even after you sign in. What the heck. No support provided. Total failure.
Useless all since the keyboard doesn’t even show up to enter the OTP during login.
Kept crashing at login, lost me in an endless loop of trying to login and provide a TFA.
Misleading app. Pointless merchandise and worst customer service
KrisbySingaporeAirlines is a hot mess.
Expected so much better from a renowned airline. Clunky and unfriendly. Most concerning for me is that lack of data privacy, and with no options to restrict advertisers from accessing my personal info, including contact details and shopping habits.
Searched for gin and nothing came up. Hard to find what you want even if the site has it.
