The software does not work, not sure why these people bother to spend time developing something that don't work. Shows how much effort that is put in to develop this software!!! Pathetic!!

Latest update had disabled ability to send SMS or to share postings via 3rd party apps.

Now they force into their own chat which agents don’t use. And I can’t share my findings with my wife.

And adding to favourites doesn’t work. App is unusable.

You can’t modify the floor space and desired price range in the rental portion of the current app version. Pointless to use with current “upgrade.”

Now landed property sorted by psf uses built up instead of land size psf. App is now useless. I will switch to another app.

Guys I am on 10.3.2 I cannot even start PropertyGuruSingapore . It dies on the loading screen. Can someone fix this??

The title says it all. It used to work but a software upgrade and now it won't.

Currently this is not worth downloading. Unfortunately the first thing you see after the loading screen is an add that you cannot close.

Hopefully this will be updated soon. Until then- save yourself time and use an app that works.

PropertyGuruSingapore hasn’t changed much in 10 years. Many of the listings are not real, the functionality is clunky and hard to use, it’s not overly easy to navigate. It’s basically a site for ads.

Everytime you take any action inside a ad/unit like roll the pictures, or text the agent, or just scrolling up and down PropertyGuruSingapore freezes and you have to go back and enter again in order to take any other action. It is really difficult. You cannot see the map And pictures in the same search because it freezes.

The site always crashes after viewing 3 or 4 different condos and now you cannot search for the number of bedrooms and have to wade through every property. Please work these bugs out.

This is PropertyGuruSingapore I have been looking for my property search in Singapore. Full score for its usability. Very fluid. Also to mention the short list and map view feature.
I would like to see some additional features like new listing push alerts. :-)
