I recently traveled from Manado Flt TR217 to Singapore and Singapore to Perth Flt TR28 on the 29th October 2025 I advised the booking agent to apply Krisflyer points but did not receive any. Can you apply these points or advise me as to my course of action. Adrian

App doesn’t even load

When I launch it, it gets stuck on the launch screen spinning, and never loading. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t help; neither does restarting my phone!

This App is Terible

I don’t understand the 4.5 rating for this app. It’s has no benefits or navigating thru the menu and services are Sub Par. Please improve this app and Change it. And please do not tell me to contact krisflyer. Com to resolve my complaint. This is an internal app design flaw.

Can’t even filter by country!

The app doesn’t even have a primary function to filter results by country! It lists merchants that includes eg. India when one is in Singapore.

And this function looks available in the website.
