Poor and outdated app

This app hasn’t changed much in 10 years. Many of the listings are not real, the functionality is clunky and hard to use, it’s not overly easy to navigate. It’s basically a site for ads.
Handicapped communication with agents

Latest update had disabled ability to send SMS or to share postings via 3rd party apps.
Now they force into their own chat which agents don’t use. And I can’t share my findings with my wife.
And adding to favourites doesn’t work. App is unusable.
After the update the app no longer works
