Telefonumu degistirmemle baslayan sorunlar ve Call Centerin topu subeye atmasi yurtdisinda oldugum icin fiziki olarak subeye gidememem sebebiyle hesaplarima ulasmak icin tek yol olan internet subesi veya mobil app kullanamam vs. vs.
Her yil en az bir kez bu problemle karsilasmam, call centerdan telefonuma cikan arkadaslarin bana aptal muamelesi yapmasi nedeniyle bu yaz Turkiye ye gelir gelmez bankami acilen degistirecegim.

Acil durum esnasında güncelleme

Acilen internet bankacılığı kullanmam gerektiği anda güncelleme bile değil bambaşka bir uygulamaya zorla yönlendiriyorsunuz beni. Şifrem neydi? Çizgir kullanıyordum ben!! Yeniden şifre al bilmemne.. Bu iş böyle mi yapılır ya??!! Al bir yıldızı başına çal!!

eski uygulamada güvenlik ayarlarında kart işlem kısıtlamaları vardı,bu uygulamada ise bank'a kartına ait işlem kısıtlama menüsü bulunmuyor,sadece kredi kartına göre var.oysaki banka kart ile alışveriş yaparken ,İnternetten alış verişi açıp kapatabiliyorken şimdiki uygulamada böyle birşey yok ,banka kartınada aynı şey yapılırsa iyi olur

Uzun zamandir Denizbank Müstersiyim Mobil deniz ile 2 aydir tanisiyoruz.Adanadan Almanyaya döndügümde Banka hesabima erisimim güvenlik nedeni ile bloke edildi.Müracat etmedigim servis kalmadi .Özellikle Adanadaki bankanin vardim servisi benim telefonumu ezberlemis olacakki acmadan irtibati kesiyor.
