I was trying to add a AutoExpreso sticker to my account. I would have expected it would have been as easy as taking a picture. OCR is pretty standard by now. Instead it expects me to manually type in two numbers, problem is, none of the plenty of numbers and identifiers in the sticker have a label, so it is impossible to know what is what. Instead of just a simplistic useless icon in AutoExpresoMóvil , maybe have a sample sticker pictures with labels of what number goes in what field. Eventually just got tired of trying out combinations and gave up. The whole app seems like it was written by college kids.

This is a useless application. Every time I try to recharge balance it keeps telling me that my label is invalid.

After the update AutoExpresoMóvil is simply unusable. Just like everything else in Puerto Rico. No surprises here.

They tell you to download AutoExpresoMóvil because it’s “more convenient” but honestly I’m starting to think it’s only function is to mine our personal data. AutoExpresoMóvil might have worked once and I’m not even sure of that because, it was such a long time ago, I might have actually used the webpage in order to recharge my account. What an utter disaster, is anyone on top of this?

AutoExpresoMóvil is nonfunctional. Each time I want to access it, it shows a technical problem. I have to delete and install it again on my phone. Poor service, even most when AutoExpresoMóvil should be offering a public service to drivers in PR. Far from acceptable!

Won’t let me register my car, and when I try to register my sticker, it says it’s already registered. Customer service doesn’t answer calls. Most useless app and system. Why is the balance of the account not displayed on the payment receipt when you recharge at a toll station?!

AutoExpresoMóvil is just a waste of memory on your phone. It never allows you to add your sticker. And don’t try to use the web version, doesn’t work either. But the fake fines will get to your house address without failing.
Este app es una pérdida de memoria en tu dispositivo. Nunca te permite adicionar el auto. No trates de usar la versión web porque tampoco sirve. Las multas, sin embargo, siempre te llegarán a tu casa aunque sean falsas.

AutoExpresoMóvil has a lot of bug issues it doesn’t let me put my information so I can recharge not even on the website!!!! Not even an app can be made right by this company, they never get anything right!!!!

App won’t show side menu, won’t allow payment, it says you have a previous payment for the same amount being processed, it won’t adjust new balance.
It’s a disaster of an app.

Doesn’t work. Worst app ever, same as the service. I would give it a 0 Star but is not possible. You try to recharge but AutoExpresoMóvil doesn’t work most of the time.
