How do you add songs to a playlist or download a song? It doesn't give me an option

Everytime I click on any song it says no stream available how can I fix

Kept giving me an error when I tried to play something. I decided to wait til I got home and tried again but still did not work. I them logged out and tried to log back in but it gave me an error just trying to log in and took away my $5 Pro payment. I deleted the app and reinstalled but still get an error when trying to log back into my account and restart my phone also did not help.
