When u receive items are usually low quality or damaged, is app is a scam u will never be able to return an item no matter how much you want fight them they will trick you till 15 days of return policy is over. ITS A SCAM THEY APP NEEDS TO BE REMOVED

What a waste of money! I will never buy online again. Only looks good on photos but when you recieve the goods it's so cheap looking ang poor quality materials. The photos of dresses on their site looks tempting but don't be decieved, or else you'll regret it. Lesson learned for me

In 2020 october, i ordered a complete for my 1 year old as it was my first time ordering on saramart. It cost be 25 euroes but till date my order was never delivered or money refunded. But they said it was delivered. Lie lie lie don't shop from saramart if you dont want to cry.

Wow I never seen or heard so many bad comments how come you can be a business and have so many bad reviews.

I complained last night about the corrier management that they are not cooperative. They told me to send my package to me by today evening and this is the 2nd time they been delaying the delivery now they are not responding my messages. Really bad service. Never trust this app.
