Lush Cosmetics North America Reviews

I live so far from the stores so I rarely get to go, but I love their products and would only use lush products if I didn’t live so far. I decided to try and place an order in hopes that I can just order online instead of going in store. Previously I didn’t due to no free shipping, but I see that’s a thing now over $60 which is great. I placed my order a week ago and it just now finally shipped. It’s due to come 8 days from now and I just found out you need to sign for it upon delivery. That’s so frustrating and I already know that’s gonna cause my order to take even longer to get delivered as I am not home through most of the day. I wouldn’t have place an order through them if I knew that. The shipping is also very slow a bit misleading. It said it would be delivered 2-8 days after it gets shipped. I thought maybe it would mean it will take a couple days to get it out, but no it’s been a week. I hope the items are in good condition at least.

So just to be clear, I love lush and there app but I’ve had several issues with there systems when buying things online. For the past 2 day I’ve been trying to purchase a lib balm (whipstick to be specific) but every time I have to put in my card it will either tell me that my billing address is wrong or that they failed to proses my order. Of course I am very disappointed with this as I don’t have the time to drive for an hour to a mall just to buy a lip balm. Over all LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica is great I just am having problems with the payment. PLEASE FIX THIS

Love Lush products and their cruelty free, package-free brand. Twice I’ve done online customer service and they’ve been fast, helpful, and very kind. LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica is efficient, does the job well. It’s relatively easy to use, it’s not the most intuitive (when you click on a product to see details and go back, you return to top of the list). This is minimal, it’s still very easy to order for store pick-up and delivery. In the era of social-distancing I’ve appreciated LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica making it possible for me to get these products without having to cross state-lines. And just to be clear, EXCELLENT customer service (not app related I know, but very true).

I have been trying for several hours to put an order in either from the website, or from LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica that I downloaded specifically for that purpose. I wanted to put in a local store pick up order, and all of the items I selected or displayed is being available at my local store. However, every time I have tried to check out on LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica it gives me an error about a shipping address not being provided. Nothing is being shipped, there is no place to add a shipping address because the order was supposed to be picked up. I contacted their customer support and they suggested that I clear my cache or try incognito mode to try to actually be able to get LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica to work. After clearing out all of the cookies and other information related to the Lush website, and deleting and reinstalling LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica , it still doesn’t work. LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica was completely pointless.

I used to love LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica , but after not using it for several months I got back on to discover it is almost impossible to find things now! There use to be tons of categories to help you find what you were looking for, but now there are so few categories that the only way to find most items is to go through the entire store inventory or know exactly what you need and type it into the search bar. I use to like to go through the categories to see if there was a different product I wanted to try (example, I liked trying different shampoos but can’t even find them now) or see what was new to those categories, but now I feel like I can’t do that. As a person who lives a very long way from the nearest store, LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica was really my only way of seeing new or different items and purchasing from Lush. Very disappointed

I love LUSH products and the wishlist feature on LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica. Otherwise, it‘s a bit clunky in design with no way to browse products by type—only by body region and scent. This made it difficult to weigh my options for specific items, such as naked shampoo bars in my case. It would also be helpful if LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica could use personalization to remember preferences for certain benefits, scents or all-vegan approach. You also can’t review your purchases within LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica , which I’d like to do as a happy customer and for my own personal notetaking too. I made a successful purchase with LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica , needed customer care due to a defective leaking container and was taken care of perfectly, though I had to use my web browser in order to do so.

This company is the best!!!!
I have had a few mix ups with some of my big orders when getting gift boxes got single bath bombs instead. I can see where the mistakes happened with one bath bomb being named the same as the gift box and they only sent the bath bomb and not the gift box. Got a hold of costumer service and just had to take a few pictures and send an email. They got the missing box sent out and rush shipped it for me. Wish more store would have this great customer service that lush has provided for me.

My husband and I had the opportunity of visiting there while visiting San Francisco for our first time. Pier 93 I think. We bought some massage bars as well as bath bombs that have all been amazing ! I just on a whim decided to see if maybe they had an app and to my surprise look! 😍. I will definitely be making a purchase as well at Christmas time for my family and friends. So happy to see that y’all have an app now! Yay! Much love from Florida! Visited you back in middle March literally before the pandemic hit.

I love Lush, their products, and everything they do for charity work, but their app has a few problems that makes the experience less enjoyable. The website will show how many reviews it has and you can click on the reviews and read them. On LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica , the number of reviews are typically wrong (ex. One product might have 600+ reviews on the website, but on LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica it shows zero), and you can’t view the reviews. I love you Lush but please fix LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica !

They’ve added reviews to LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica so it’s easier for online shoppers. And if you’ve yet to try Lush they’re 90% vegan the rest is all vegetarian. Not only do they refuse to test on animals but they also advocate to ban animal testing. All pots can be recycled at home except for the black pots and for those bring 5 into a store for a free fresh face mask. Lush is also really good for sensitive skin. Plus they recently dropped a black hair care line. 1000% if you’ve yet to try it it’s completely worth it

Iv been using LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica for a long time now and whenever Iv went to go buy anything or multiple things the number would go up like Iv bought a bunch and a bunch of the same thing when I really bought 1 of the things and Iv been trying to constantly make the number go down and it just continuously goes up nonstop and it’s really annoying. 🤦🏻‍♀️ think it’s something that needs to be fixed asap so it doesn’t do that anymore so I can start using LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica again possibly.

I just realized this only happens when Lush routes you out to the web to order. I fixed my rating accordingly.

First review ever written for App Store and prompted solely by shopping experience. LOVE your products. Cost worth everything I receive in return. I can’t scroll through items now without constantly being taken to items I have not selected. Then forced to hit back arrow and begin scrolling again. Am I being punk’d?!?

I have been an obsessed fan of Lush LONG before they dreamed of having an app. At least a hundred or more products bought.... stuck in quarantine, I decided to treat myself, even though I don’t really have the money right now. I entered all my into to order, got stuck when finishing order and inputting credit card info. Not sure whether it went through or not, also I don’t recall adding an email to verify my purchase. Even if you check out as a guest, you should have email for verification, and also to track your package. C’mon now....

I like LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica , but it says if I want to place an order to pick up rather than having it shipped, I have to use the mobile site. I'm not a programmer, so I wouldn't know how difficult this would be, but perhaps consider adding picking up at a store as an option when checking out with LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica ?

LOVE Lush! HATE LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica. Where are all of the categories? For example: Bath/Shower tab > Shower tab > Shaving Cream tab and Body Cleanser tab ... that’s it. Where’s the hair tab? Or, at least, a filter option? If you select the Bath tab, it’s the only tab. Nothing to break down all of the “bath” products. Not even an option under filter to select bath gel vs soap bar, etc. Was hoping for something like the Lush website, but better. This is nothing like it. There is soooo much more to Lush than what is easily accessible on LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica., and Lush would only benefit it it was redone. Unless you know what the name of the product is, you’re out of luck...

I’ve always wanted Lush, and in this quarantine, I thought getting LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica was a good idea, I was wrong. I got LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica 3 days ago, I would try to add things to my cart and it would say “missing cart” but I signed in and logged in I would also clear all my tabs, fix my WiFi (just in case) and even delete LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica and log in or press join again, I tried using all my emails. when I would add something to my wishlist, it would have me log in again, and it said I DIDNT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. Maybe this is just my phone, but I just wanted to share my experience with you.

LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica placed pending charges on my card even though the order did not process. Because it was saying that the charge did not go through, I tried different ways (Apple Pay and direct with the card) and more than once. I ended up with almost $600 in pending charges without Lush ever actually placing the order. I was told that there was nothing they could do about it when I called customer service and that it could take as long as 5 business days for it to drop off my card. Meanwhile, I still do not have my order placed.

Do not use LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica!

Over the many years I’ve had the Lush app, one thing never changes, it will not let me complete a order - for various reasons. Now that you’ve added Apple Pay and PayPal as options I was so excited, but same thing - cannot complete an order. The dreaded and mysterious “unknown error”. Every single time this happens, I end up going to Target and getting my Soap and Glory on. There’s no telling home many hundreds or thousands of dollars of sales you’re missing out just from one consumer because your developers can’t make a bulletproof sales app. Unfortunate.

I tried to place a purchase for 20 min and each time I saved the billing address, LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica would automatically switch the shipping address (even though the button to sync them was off) and then when I updated the shipping address, it would clear all of my billing information so that I would have to re-enter. It literally wouldn’t let me make a purchase! Super frustrating! I ended up using my computer instead, but just a bummer to have wasted so much time trying to buy their product.

i love lush and i love LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica. it’s nice to look at and easy to navigate. i would rate this 4.5/5 because it’s so nice but has one tiny little flaw. it seems that my account on LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica and my account on the browser site are totally different. the log in information is all the same however i noticed things like my wishlist don’t match up. items i added on LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica only show on LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica wishlist. this is sooooo minor but a little inconvenient because i can’t share my wishlist from LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica and my wishlist on the browser is out of date since i’ve downloaded LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica ! otherwise LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica, like all lush products, is absolutely perfect ❤️

Inventory to what’s in the stores per location would be a plus. Then we could know what each store carries. Knowing what we can walk in & get than online shopping. I hate it when I’m looking for something in store & that location doesn’t have it. Return/exchange needs to be better than it is. Should be able to just go to store for this. Noticed a lot of the products contain alcohol &/or sulfates. So if you have dryness or curly hair most of the products will not do. Like no conditioners w/o alcohol & realized too late. I won’t order online again.

Have never had a problem on the website ordering anything. Anytime I’ve gone on LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica and tried to order (maybe 3/4 times), a message comes up saying they are not able to process my payment. I’ll go back and double/triple check my payment method, try it again, and again will get the same message! When I go into my bank account, lo and behold, I’ve been CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES for a order that hasn’t even gone through. If you’re ever looking to order from lush, just go into their website.

Normally LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica is a great way to look up items, read reviews, and add things to your wishlist. However, over the last couple of months LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica has become buggy. Reviews have disappeared and I can only view about 10 of my wishlist items.

Prior to the most recent update, I also couldn’t view any ingredients for products but that’s since been fixed.

I LUV lush. I have always loved lush and I will continue to LUV lush til the day I die. I just created an account on the website and then I got LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica . One problem. I can’t log in. It keeps saying “Sorry, that account’s not in our records! Please check your spelling and try again.” I have checked my spelling! There’s nothing wrong with it! SO WHY CAN’T I LOG IN!

For the love of God. I love you guys so much. I’ve given this feedback via your support before. But, please put gift message/receipts as an option during check out in LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica . I buy gifts for my girls and family members all the time and I have to go out of my way to find a computer or specifically use the web browser on my phone. I have to go out of my way to not use LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica when I want to.

I had concerns with my order I texted there number that’s on there site to get in contact with them and the problem was resolved within 5minutes. There products are amazing as well so great customer service and products ! Can’t beat it ! 🤗

I ordered my usual face wash off LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica. An error message occurred and it charged me twice. I was slightly peeved about the double charge for shipping but I didn't mind having extra of my favorite product, so I didn't complain or cancel the double order.
Well a week goes by and suddenly the charges aren't on my account anymore, no idea if they were refunded, no clue what happened. All I know is my products never came and my face is breaking out in the meantime. Very disappointed

LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica is pretty user friendly for me. I love the wishlist page, especially after I visit the store and have seen a lot of things that I would like! But I wish there was an option to share the wishlist via text or email, especially as the holidays approach

Like many recent reviewers, I was having the infuriating “missing basket” error that came with the last update. I finally tried deleting and reinstalling LushCosmeticsNorthAmerica , and boom! The problem was solved. Hope this fix helps somebody.
