How to fix Ulike app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ulike app on iPhone
Update Ulike app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ulike iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ulike on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ulike network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Ulike Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Ulike not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ulike App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ulike » click [Force Stop]

Update Ulike to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ulike App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ulike » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ulike.

Fix Ulike unable to contact server/ Ulike internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ulike » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ulike » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
