8 months agoPlease activate the VIP tools so I can used it.I was charged a year subscription but I never for the VIP activate Every time I wanna edit something it says subscribe why?You charged my bank account for a year subscription, I should be able to use it but it keep saying subscribe, wth!In that case if I can't used the VIP then refund my money back!

10 months agoMy problem is I purchased a subscription for a year,Ulike git me charged, I decided to canceling but I already got charged so since I got charged for new subscription I would be able to used the VIP but it won't let me.It keeps saying purchase it when I am already got charged. I NEED AN ANSWER ASAP!

1 year agoHi I purchased the VIP on February and the transaction went through,I got charged of a one year subscription but then after the transaction went through, I canceled my subscription but I told my.bank that I will used the App because the transaction went through but whenever I open the App and want to use the features that VIP have It keep saying activate the VIP and when I do that it will take me to purchased it again ,I already got charged for the whole.year please can you please open the VIP features for me,you charged me already since February how come.I can't used the App VIP?or else you need to give my money back!If that a case.
