At first PayQin was working well
I just made a deposit of $60 into my account and they didn’t add the funds to my balance and I can’t get my money back. I tried contacting their services for help but no one responded

PayQin is a big scam. At first they’ll pretend to work well and later they’ll steal your money and start asking you to justify the origin of your money. They just stole $200 from me and they’re asking me to justify the origin of my funds which I personally used my info to create and load the money into my account, after i asked them how and where i should justify the origin of my funds, they replied me with fake codes to dial. I’ve been trying the codes for the past 3 days now and they code doesn’t exist. Finally they’re not replying to my messages anymore. This is a scam guys. I’m a victim of their scam. Which i read this reviews before putting my money in this scam app.

This company is a big scam, I have been using this service for long, everything was fine but lately they showed me their real face, firstly, I added 30k in my account and I couldn’t see it, secondly, I have 2 cards and they all deleted, thirdly I purchase another card, my money was taken but I was not provided with any card. Fourthly, I tried to withdraw the remaining 12k in my wallet, they rejected it after waiting for one full day, all these happen within a day. This is a big scam don’t download it

D’abord votre application est toujours en maintenance… deuxièmement votre dollars est plus chère que le dollar normal … en plus de sa ont dois payer des frais … et 3 emement quand l’application n’est pas en maintenance.. et que vous vous recharger la carte passe pas … depuis hier j’essaye de l’ultiliser sans suite … nb c’est la premier fois avant sa marchais bien

this app is actually legit but need to do a lot of improvements. Their card loading system is almost always undergoing maintenance and the wait after you load money into PayQin is really long. Same for withdrawals. You’re doing your best but I think you need to do more to improve your user experience. Thanks

this app has made it easier and possible for me to make a whole lot of online transactions which I’ve really needed for a while now,I don’t know what happens behind the scenes but their systems go down too frequently and takes too long to be reestablished.Took roughly 2months the last time during which I was rude and insulted most of their support agent but none of them showed any disrespect which I gravely admire.Though they take some time to process your requests they eventually thoo and to your satisfaction ❤️💯keep improving your systems
