Big scam

This company is a big scam, I have been using this service for long, everything was fine but lately they showed me their real face, firstly, I added 30k in my account and I couldn’t see it, secondly, I have 2 cards and they all deleted, thirdly I purchase another card, my money was taken but I was not provided with any card. Fourthly, I tried to withdraw the remaining 12k in my wallet, they rejected it after waiting for one full day, all these happen within a day. This is a big scam don’t download it

At first the app was working well
I just made a deposit of $60 into my account and they didn’t add the funds to my balance and I can’t get my money back. I tried contacting their services for help but no one responded
