Please how can I refund the payment of 500euro back to the owner

My SAURUS.COM account app isn't opening since last year December 28 and send me money in my account and today 2/03/2023 again my send me money into my account but I can't still open my app why but you people receive the money to my account but can't open it why please

Good day. My friend sent money to my saurus account and you place it on hold. I complained about it through saurus customer support services but they did nothing but to deactivate my account and the money is still with them.

The economic relationship between me and family & friends is basically normal relationship that exist between loved ones. Payments to help towards one or two of my bills or for family purposes. That’s f***king scam bank when you have under 100 they don’t do anything but when you get more than 500 they gonna block your bank and asking for paper when you sent your documents they are not responding I’m gonna report to police and international police that’s not fair why this app still in AppStore while it’s scam !
