eToroMoney has been a total failure to the point where a joke doesn’t accurately describe it. I had to send funds from the trading app to the wallet where I couldn’t send them or do anything with them for months. Upon providing them pics and whatever they needed they kept insisting I wasn’t doing it right. When I finally was able to get it to go through and got a receipt it showed that I sent it to not one but two contact addresses that were not the one I specified. Then I was told well that’s not our fault. EToro stole my funds and blatantly disregarded my issue. I recommend that no one use this company for any reason. Unless you want to just give them your money. Because they will take it anyways if you use their exchange.

Ridiculous. Apparently you are only allowed to control *certain* assets. Only certain coins are allowed into the wallet. For example, and unless I’m totally missing something here, I cannot send my DOGE to the wallet. Therefore, if I want to remove all of my DOGE from eToro I have to sell it all. I... Can only transfer a few coins about a 3rd that they offer and they also require a min withdrawal of 30 I put 25 in multiple and can not get it out now and now I can’t transfer to another platform because they only transfer like 5 coins starting to like eToro less and less P.s there are fees... This platform needs a lot of development. If you buy crypto using this platform “BEWARE!” that you will not be able to put all your coins in a wallet. Their are better wallets out there. They only allow you to transfer 5 or 6 cryptocurrencies out of EToro. You basically don’t own the rest so do not use EToro unless you’re only looking for btc, eth, ltc and a couple others. I have been trying for weeks to withdraw my crypto from this wallet. First of all why do you have to withdraw your funds from the site to the wallet? I have had a terrible experience with Etoro wallet. Their app did not allow me to transfer the full amount out. So I was left with a useless amount in this wallet app, and can’t do anything with it. Terrible experience, will be looking into other ways to report this.

The wallet of eToro is completely useless, even in combination with their trading platform, which is quite a mess as well in comparison to the competitors. It is pretty worthless right now since all it is is a generic wallet. There are way better, multi currency wallets available to iOS. I can’t even log in with my normal etoro credentials. It keeps asking to reset password. As everywhere else, I am autofilling with Bitwarden. I installed eToroMoney on my iPhone hoping to put some of my coins in cold storage on my Ledger Nano X.

First I went through a head banging experience of not being able to use the Paste function in the login screen to paste my 20 chat password (Seriously, eToro, this is such basic UI/UX s... Show more tuff!) and was forced to enter it manually.

Next I went through a buggy process of setting up a new wallet for BTC and one for ETH, both of which didn’t appear for a full 3 minutes after I clicked the Add button, with zero indication of what was going on.

Finally I followed the instructions they provided that stated that once I installed and logged into the eToro Wallet, I would then see a “Transfer to Wallet” link enabled in the eToro app in the page for each supported crypto I had open trades on. GUESS WHAT? No such link is visible anywhere in the eToro app. I even restarted both apps and still no dice. EToro - HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET MY COINS??

I work in IT and can easily say that whatever QA team eToro has us clearly not doing their job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM!

I was planning on using this coin for my coins on eToro but the functionality is so poor, so buggy as some one else said once that’s fixed then I’ll consider eToroMoney. At the moment eToroMoney appears to be a risky thing to use. Imagine trying to login and you just can’t tap or type.

EToro has a habit of finding excuses to lock me out of my account, restrict transfers, and not have a service to support undoing their issues.

Majority of the reviews here are unfair and lacking common sense. I read many of them and the problem laid in the users end rather then eToroMoney .

That can easily be done in your eToro app, you have to click on the crypto coin you want transferred and find the order/trade you want to transfer. Mind you, you transfer your orders/trades, and not the total or some coins only.

It will take about 5 business days to be transferred, kinda like a deposite from any other broker to your bank account.

After it’s in your eToro wallet you can “play” with it, sending it to binance, or whatever you’d like to do.

I really don’t get how people don’t read or don’t know how to navigate through this.

eToroMoney does what’s supposed to do, it’s minimalist and simple.

How am I supposed to get my crypto to a hard wallet if I can’t get it off this wallet. I would love to contact someone here for help. Trying hundreds of tiny transfers doesn’t seem right at all. I have things locked on here I’m unable to get off. This needs help.

Downloaded eToroMoney to use, created an account and attempted to sign in only to be informed eToroMoney is in pre-release status and unable to access. Do yourself a favor and don’t both downloading.

eToroMoney is a sham of a wallet. This is supposedly the only way to withdraw Crypto from your eToro yet you can’t even do that. Don’t bother downloading eToroMoney.

Initial release seems poorly thought out. After completing my profile in-app I was unable to sign in for some time with a reassuring message that eToroMoney was in a pre-release status. Avoid giving them your information and don't bother creating a profile; you'll be disappointed at the wasted effort.

Best invention ever. It’s potential is unlimited.
For multiple assets investors to transfer funds into the wallet and instant conversion from crypto’s into Fx and Gold assets it’s just genius.
