Back then it work fine but recently I have been using it again on movie apps and shows and it not syncing properly for an example when I started to watch a show and it said I finished watching all of the show yet I only watched one episode of the whole show can you guys help me with this problem thanks then I’ll change it to a five star on Watcht

I love Watcht but I find after checking off watching a series, I can go back in and my show is showing I've watched only a couple episodes. It happens constantly and not sure why. Big annoyance having to constantly go into shows and remark they have been watched. Also makes it difficult to remember what I have seen and haven't since it looses the "check" mark. I hate to have to find another app

Every few days at least something marked as watched is no longer listed as watched. I’ve reported it numerous times over the past year and a half. Each time the developer indicates they are working on it or suggests I sign out and back in. It never seems to be addressed. Trakt website is fine … so it’s not Trakt. It’s the sync between this app and Trakt.

I love Watcht ! However I noticed that recently, when you click the “watched” button (check-mark in a square icon), it will record that you watched it on its release date vs adding that you watch it today or whenever you click the button. You can get around this by holding the icon to reveal more options like “add to date” or “add now” but I believe it used to automatically add to todays date. I am unsure if the change made is intentional or accidental but it does cause confusion when trying to find the show in your recents history but it doesn’t look like it’s there when it really is but just not under the date you watched it.

Watcht is just a couple of weeks, but already on the second release, it's leaps and bounds above all of the other apps that connect with Trakt.

You can work with TV shows AND movies on the same app (novel idea, right!?), you can check in, rate, add to your collection, add to your watchlist, you can even set the watch date when marking something as watched; the works.

Things can only get better from here.

I’ve used Watcht for years now and it’s been wonderful. However, update 1.17.3 broke compatibility for iOS 12.5.3 (crashes on launch) so for anyone using an older device, you might want to refrain updating for now.

I love Watcht and the ease of use. Great for tracking both tv and movies. The only problem I’m having is when I mark an episode as watched, I go back the next day or so and it is unchecked. It has happened quite a few times on multiple shows. There must be a little glitch in the system. Not a big deal but a little annoying when I start watching the same episode again.😬

This new trakt app is really good and shows lots of series and movie details. You can add or delete it from your Trakt account. But two features that I would like to see added to it. The ability to notify you of a series episode that just aired. Also would be nice to see if the series has been cancelled too.

I am a heavy Trakt user and Watcht is a little easier to use than the actual Trakt website. It seamlessly synchronizes your account information. I use multiple services to watch tv and this makes it so easy to keep track of what I have watched and what’s up next. Watcht is very organized and easy to use. There is not an aspect of your Trakt account that can be controlled or accessed by this great app.

Best app out there for tracking TV shows and movies. Uninstalled all the other tracking apps. One suggestion was
The TV show list (watched show progress) at a glance can see only 3 shows, could you make condensed layout which list the TV shows running age,it's status and no of seasons and episodes. Or any other place where I can watch only my watched shows list.

I cannot believe it took so long for a great, useful tracking app to come out in Watcht Store. Such a novel idea, but while many other similar apps failed to execute a user-friendly app, this app absolutely crushed it! Watcht is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about it. It’s great that it syncs with my Trakt account as well. The developers are great at listening to their app users, too. Last time I rated Watcht, I made a couple of suggestions and they added them and also guided me through whatever features that they already had that I didn’t realize how to use. I use Watcht almost daily!

One additional suggestion: Would it be possible to add Rotten Tomato ratings?

Pretty disappointing because this was my favorite app to use with Trakt. It is becoming increasingly less compatible with newer versions of iOs and will crash. Can no longer add items to my watchlists and will freeze then crash when attempting to access my personal lists. RIP this app app 🪦

If you have been looking for an iOS app that works just as well as the online trakt website, look no further. Watcht offers all the same functionality as the trakt’s own website, and the best part: the functionality isn’t even locked behind a paywall.

Really nice app. I particularly like the home screen with the Up Next and schedule sections, so I find myself using it instead of the official app a lot for that reason alone.

The search does need improvement, though. It’s pretty much impossible to find any one-word title if it’s a common word.

One more suggestion from the official app would be the thing where it shows you what titles you’ve seen a given actor in on their profile page.

It’s absolutely perfect but it needs another update to fix a bug recently that’s led Watcht to crash over and over to the point where I can’t use it ever since last night. And I used it all day successfully until that moment and have been struggling since.

When I saw my old Trakt app had been discontinued, I went looking for another one that was actively developed. I’m so happy I found this app! The UI is gorgeous and intuitive, and I really appreciate the tight integration with Trakt (in particular, the list support and ignored TV shows). Thanks for making this free - I hope the contribution helps to keep Watcht alive.

Until today, I was using one of the many other apps available that integrate with Trakt. Well, that app decided to suddenly destroy all of my lists for some reason. Well, in a way I'm glad it did because it led to me ditching that piece of trash for a huge upgrade! Watcht supports all the best features of Trakt all packed into a package that doesn't look too bad on top of it! I had no idea what I was missing! I highly recommend Watcht if you want a stable, feature packed app to track your movies and TV shows! Look no further, you won't regret it!

I have been using Trakt to track my TV and movie views for over a year. There are plenty of apps on the market that utilize Trakt’s API, but none come even close to being as intuitive, user friendly, and helpful as this app.

The only feature that was missing for me was being able to hide watched series in lists. I reached out to the this app team with my suggestion and Tyson was super receptive. And in the most recent patch, I saw my suggestion come to fruition! Watcht now has everything I could ask for.

First off thank you. It’s a little silly that this newish app is already better than most of the apps on Watcht Store that connect to trakt. All of the other apps lay on their social layer when all I want is basically an app version of the trakt website.

Watcht is great. I use it to keep track of my movies and shows. I love how it shows how much time you’ve spent in total on watching stuff, as well as your favorite genre of movies. It tells you the ratings of the movies, who stars in them, shows you the trailer, a summarized description of the movie. It also tells you details about actors/actresses and what movies they came out in.
The only thing I’d like them to add or improve is being able to save movie or show lists. Sometimes I see a list and think, “wow it’s great,” but I have no means of saving or liking it on Watcht . It would also be nice to be able to search by actors/actresses. There’s moments where I’ll type in parts of movie, not really remembering the title, and nothing will pop up unless it’s word for word. A little nuisance but no big deal.
Overall great app I love it!
