Just an average guy who wanted to get into crypto trading to make some extra money. Not super tech-savvy, which is why I liked how easy BitMart seemed. It’s not. I can’t even buy on BitMart , I have to go online to figure it out. Buying their tether currency wasn’t even possible for 2 days recently. Server constantly says it’s overloaded, but only when I go to withdraw, interesting 🧐. Can buy with no issues anytime. Huge fees from their 3rd party. I wanted to buy 30 dollars worth of the tether currency, which you HAVE to buy to buy any other coin, and it cost me $70 after fees, I’d be glad to show screenshots. A few days ago I transferred $150 over which after costing me $200 took 22 hours to get into my account. If I would’ve been trying to rush buy a coin it would’ve sucked, luckily I wasn’t. You have to provide pretty much every aspect of your personal info to withdraw any coin earnings as fiat currency, which is ridiculous. I have my phone, email, bank info, ID card with selfie (what is this, a discord server?), and everything else, and it still just says I must provide “other” to get the full account. Not even sure what that means. It’s not worth it, buy your coins somewhere else. I’m not even sure I’m going to be able to withdraw when I do hit big on BitMart. They don’t seem interested in answering anyone’s questions online, and can’t run a server at all, even with all the money they have to be making with fees. Just go elsewhere.

Be very careful in how you use this app. I made a deposit into this app from Coinbase (not the first time) and the transaction completed successfully. The TX hash was successful. The crypto never applied to my account. I contacted customer service thru BitMart in live chat. Long story shower gave them all the logs and was told I would have to pay .005 Bitcoin for them to fix and move it to my account. So for $250 crypto deposit I would have to pay $190. I have sent several emails about this and yet have had anyone from customer service contact me and it’s going on two weeks now. If you dont mind having one of the worst customer service departments to talk when you have a problem, and don’t like your problems fixed within a month, you can use them but I highly recommended steering clear of these folks. There is far better and cheaper fee exchanges. Make sure to read all the real reviews instead of the fake bot generated reviews.

I had over 1.4 billion coins in save planet earth. Planet earth then went up and they took all my coins and left me with 100 of them. I tried to get in contact with the support team and I got in contact. I was talking via phone call asking for a bunch of data I didn’t realize that he was selling all the coins I had in BitMart into usd. I caught on that he was trying to sell all my coins and realize he was going to send them all out to himself and steal all my money in one shot. I ended up changing my password right away. And this is their customer service. Your money is not safe in BitMart. You will lose it all. Safe planet earth equal to $55 million that I lost out on. Do not download BitMart. Don’t do any business with them. You’ll lose all your money it’s a scam

BitMart is archaic and doesn’t even have anywhere near all the same functions as their website!

They were recently hacked and have been demanding all coins affect by their negligence give replace BitMarts token funds for free when it was their negligence that led to the hack! i.e their wallet got hacked from someone who knew their 12 word seed phrase! They have even threatened to stop trading the affected token altogether! Furthermore, they continue to allow people to buy the hacked tokens which this app does not own right now essentially accepting money for imaginary tokens they do not have and will not allow you to withdraw because they don’t have the tokens to give you!! If that isn’t the definition of a scam then baby I don’t know what is!

Their customer service is legitimately the worst I have ever seen or experienced! When you ask a simple question, they will boot you from the support chat without an answer or tell you they don’t know and then boot you which then requires you to get into another support chat and wait a few hours before they inevitably boot you again!

STAY AWAY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! I only trust this app to take advantage of their customers at this point!

this app is a good app however, it has really high conversion fee. For instance, if i want to buy Safemoon , i need to buy other coins such as ethereum, btc, xrp etc ; here occurs high fee while just buying these coin from the bank account/dabit credit.
Again after buying these coins i need to convert usd into USDT , here occurs another huge fee, then finally i can buy safemoon with another fee.
Supposed i start from 100$ , at the end i will be having 60$ of safemoon! How expensive is this ? Hope the developers will understand the consumers aspects and simply the trading process simple; directly from customers bank / dabit credits to any available crypto coins in the this app platform. If this happen this app will be the most easiest and convenient app in the crypto world and will be having millions costumers within a months or years.

I don’t want anyone to end up like me. On January 31 at approximately 9pm, I deposited 5 Eth (value appxy $6500usd) from Coinbase to this app. I was going to do a swap for VGX, which was trading around $2.50 usd. If you do the math I should be getting around 2600 Vgx, let’s say 2500 after fees, instead I received 215 Vgx, I was charged 15X what Vgx was trading for. When I tried to cancel the transaction, I ended up with $364 left in my balance. when I reached out to this app, they told me it’s my fault, what!! .I’m by no means a rich guy so this really made me go into a deep state of depression because it took me over a year to accumulate those Eth, working every overtime I could get at work. I’m so embarrassed to tell my wife because we were going to use it later in the year for a down payment on a new home....... If you decide to trade with them, you have been warned....

First it's not user friendly! High fees & I have tried to contact this app via email since May 12. It's OCTOBER‼️ I have sent over 10 emails and NONE have been responded to. I was supposed to be receiving commission for referring people, I never received it also and brought it to their attention. Recently I tried to withdraw my coins or transfer them however it’s not allowing me to do so. I also contacted customer service regarding this and they have not responded. I wish I could show screenshots of all of the messages that they have not responded to. I would highly not recommend BitMart. BitMart, the makers behind BitMart, the company, their customer service is lax. I just want my funds so I can never have to deal with them again. Here is my call for action: Developers, please respond to this‼️

Do not I repeat do not use this app. I had to get a new phone after former died. They tried to transfer my phone number and the old company didn’t complete the transfer so I ended up with a new phone and number. I can still access my this app but I cannot withdraw or transfer to any account because they want sms verification. I can’t add an email because they want sms verification. I sent them not once but 17 times I have emailed their support with all of my information including my drivers license front and back. this app has failed to respond 100% of the time. This company is a scam and I’m warning you they will never ever help you in any way. Stick to a legitimate exchange like WEBULL. this app has taken $17,000. From me and I can only imagine all the other accounts they’ve robbed simply by ignoring them. You’ve been warned #1 worse iOS app for crypto currency.

I created an account and rather than just automatically logging you in afterwards it sends you back to login. I typed in my email and password and it wouldn’t let me in. I even reset my password and absolutely verified everything was correct, still didn’t let me in. I got locked out and attempted to create an account with my other email and it was the exact same problem. Absolutely ridiculous that their app is so poorly designed people can’t even get into their accounts. I was already annoyed because I even noticed there were other reviews complaining about the exact same problem. Avoid BitMart if you can, I only came here for a specific crypto but it’s not worth it if I can’t even get into my account.

Would give zero stars if I could. No issues transferring crypto into this app but once it’s there they hold it hostage. Good luck ever getting your currency back out once it’s there as there servers are such trash that most of the time you won’t even be able to try to transfer to another wallet and that’s before anything about them walking you off from your own coin through failed verification attempts, unclear requirements on what is needed to withdraw and still being locked away from your currency even after doing everything they vaguely ask for. The fees are also absurdly high compared to any comparable service (if you don’t like pancakeswap taking your money just wait until they remove from your money...not that you’ll even be able to ever remove it from bitsmart). You are the worst thing I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with when doing crypto and if anyone is reading this please just learn how to use pancakeswap on trust wallet or use another method instead of bitsmart.

I did want to have faith in BitMart but it was a painful experience… I think there is a lot of 5 star fake reviews here… BitMart doesn’t let you trade cryptos you already bought and drops under $5 …they do not store your trading history, which is just bad all around for the trader, I think they do this to minimize you noticing your losses. They put a lot of crap coin and promote it heavily, BitMart is a haven for crypto that intends to do rug pulls or intentionally allow coin creators to empty the pool at anytime, this means heavy fluctuations and a coin you buy today, could not be sold tomorrow. This leads to many users being scammed and left without their money. Immediately the crypto value of a particular asset drops under $5, you can no longer sell it. So you end up with a bunch of crappy coins for under $5. Coin creators intentionally use this app for this type of scam and this app allows it. this app also charges a high fee to move your assets out … like a chunk of your account… BEWARE!!! ….

BitMart and exchange was pretty convenient and worked pretty well. Since the last update there are alll kinds of issues. First off I’ll click on a token and I’m taken to the BNB or Bitcoin exchange, even though I selected something else. Next if I was to buy something, but need to return to my favorite screen I need to either restart BitMart or jump through several other hoops to return to my previous screen.

So I didn’t do much research into BitMart a buddy used it so I said I’m gonna try it since I was using another crypto app as well. Everything was fine the deposit and market orders and exchanges all worked quickly and efficiently BUT when it came to me wanting to withdraw so I can put into my wallet it didn’t go through immediately I did some research and a bunch of people said they were scammed so I was like no way I’m losing out on this money. I ended up trying to connect to their customer support got disconnected 4 times adding up to a total wait time of 10 hours which is horrible long sorry short took 36 hours for my withdraw to go through and 10 hours of waiting for customer support to never get a hold of them. I did get my withdraw but it was a stressful experience. Be careful be smart and do your research

Please everyone should be carefùl and stop being deceived by all these brokers and account managers, they scammed me over $98,000 of my investment capital, they kept on requesting for extra fùnds before a withdrawal request can be accepted and processed, in the end, I lost all my money. All efforts to reach out to their customer support desk had declined, I found it very hard to move on. God so kind I followed a broadcast that teaches on how scammed victims can recover their fùnd, I contacted the email provided for consultation, I got feedback ăfter some hours and I was asked to provide all legal details concerning my investment, I did exactly what they instructed me to do without delay, to my greatest surprise I was able to recover my money back including my profit which my capital generated. I read the reviews and was hesitant to download BitMart. After installing and learning to use it, it’s a pretty good app so far. Some things could be reworked like better tracking of purchases and where you are in profits or loss. I used Coinbase as a portal to transfer crypto to BitMart from one wallet to another. No issues putting money in. I a, waiting for approval for withdraw to be enabled. If that finishes BitMart is worth it. I am making really great money with crypto using BitMart! Almost every thing I invested immediately paid itself off and now it’s mostly sitting on profits waiting for a trip to the moon with everyone else👌. Give BitMart a chance it’s pretty good. Build your own opinion because I haven’t had any of the issues I read from other reviews. Good luck see you at the moon

As I awoke this morning and began my usual routine of inspecting my this app portfolio I happened to stumbled upon a new “feature”. While curious about prices in the market for today I tapped on the the ‘Trade’ tab. Following the tapping of this tab I was lead to a new interface. Something I had never seen before. Two new categories: Watchlist and New on this app. The Watchlist category provided, well the ăssets on your watchlist and the New on this app provided all ăssets that had been recently added to the platform. Along with these updates came some tweaks to the ‘Gainers’ and ‘Losers’ categories, which were now in order from Greatest to Least, cọmpared to being all out of order previously. ăfter examining the new Update I delivered a message with screenshots attached to my trading colleague ‘WallstreetJared’ to alert him of the news. For a mobile crypto app, this one’s pretty good! I generally use Coinbase Pro on desktop but their exchange doesn’t offer a major of cryptos so i found my way here. The variety of coins offered here is what i found appealing because i prefer to invest in up in coming crypto like link and apl to diversity my portfolio. While i still use coinbase pro for a major of my trading, i use BitMart for all the other cryptos not available on that exchange. This is a great app and highly recommend if you’re lookj g for a mobile crypto exchange (note you can also access your account on desktop so it’s very user friend)

( kinda scares me) Does not show your balance under whatever crypto you have in the market. You have to go into your assets to see it. You can’t change the percentage change to the last price or your equity or today’s return or total return. But you can see these if you click and go into it. Very smooth , fast , easy functioning layout. Takes a couple days to get used to the way it works. But it’s really comfortable the way the assets are set up. Tons of crypto all at the touch of a finger. Most of the newest cryptos are on here too. And the buy/sell and swapping is instant. I love BitMart. Stop ripping your hair out and look no further BitMart is secure. Reliable and does not glitch, and it offers 2FA security which is hugely beneficial to ensuring that your account stays yours. I came to this app because I was trying to purchase Safemoon! And yes it is here on BitMart and yes you can purchase it. I didn’t realize all the other crypto‘s that I can use and purchase on BitMart. It works without a glitch unlike other apps which freeze. Either way I’ll be using bit Mart do to SAFEMOON purchases for most likely the rest of my life!

Works well, except in verifying my driver’s license. It’ll go through the process to confirm my license (I’ve gone through the process a few times both with/without VPN), and it just glitches out before asking me to verify again. I’ll get an email each time stating I’ll get my $5 in BTC in 24 hours, which I haven’t gotten either. This started ~1/28 when I first got BitMart . Lots of volume is likely affecting it, but an update to fix this would be helpful to utilize all available features.         

I will take this review down once I do but I am too young to fill out the kyc which granted I should have checked beforehand if this app needed it but they don't tell you until you go to withdraw I have also been asking their telegram admins for help and emailing them after days of no response one admin on telegram told me to email them and I did here we are a week later and nothing.

This crypto exchange charges way too high Market Order fees. The platform does offer more high risk/ reward coins, but be careful when purchasing crypto on this app. Fees are assessed based on a tier structure, the lower the rank the higher the fees. In some cases you will pay way more in fees than actual crypto currency. Buyers Beware.

Too long to withdrawal from exchange. Have been waiting 7hours and 12min, still not even one of four confirmations have been. made out of the four required. Would recommend not putting a lot of investments on this platform.

Accidentally deposited Ethereum to buy polkadot after realizing theres no way to buy polkadot with etherum or transfer etherum into a payable cypto like tether. Anyways now that i realized this service is garbage. It will not even let me withdraw my ethereum without verifying my government documents which will at least take a week. So inconvenient!!!

If you want your money stolen use BitMart. Otherwise stay as far away as possible from BitMart. Its extremely glitchy and will take your money for no reason. Do yourself a favor and do not use BitMart.

Among first fans and supporters, following this app exchange and trading there for couple of years already BUT today i will quit, because i had enough having daily FAILING BUYING AND SELLING. I press buy now ETH it does not buy it, it does not read my orders i am loosing a chance now to get into Ethereum jump.

Very bad application and this problem have been going on for ever now. I am out and out for good.

The services used to purchase cryptos are sketchy third party, my debit card was shut down by my bank. After many long phone calls to my bank I recovered my account. this app takes what seems like years to deliver your purchases and it is absolutely and insanely confusing on how to buy. Their format of purchasing makes no sense. Unfortunately certain cryptos are only on this platform but good luck even trying to buy them.

Looks like a promising exchange, very polished, I’d love to use it if it ever allowed me to login although. I registered an account, and after registering and putting in my login info it informed me that it was the wrong password. Strange as I just finished signing up, I tried entering my password again twice more and it then informed me if I trying again it would block me from attempting to log in for an additional hour. I figured in my haste I put in the wrong password. So I reset my password, took a screenshot of it, tried to log in again but double checking my password this time, wrong again. So I’m locked out.

I have used this app for more than 3 months. Glad to see the release of ios version.

I transfered my crypto from Coinbase to bitmart. I try contact by email and submitted request to bitmart about my transfer status. It passed 5 days but no one answer or respond at all. Please give me back my crypto

Ive been buying on bitmart for over a month and today I decided I should probably transfer my coins out into a wallet for safekeeping. Apparently since I’m in NY I’m restricted from moving my coins. How was I allowed to buy? What do I do now?
