Nothing works, Map doesn't load, does not show any scooters. Scan to ride doesn't work. You have to keep trying the most random things to just hope it fixes it. I have uninstalled, installed, turned phone off, messed with app/location settings. Completely inadequate and a complete waste of money as i have a monthly pass and can't even use it. When i try log out and log back in im stuck at the rules where you have to press 'got it' gets stuck there every time, when it does finally decide to log me in. It just doesn't work at all. For the prices you charge this is a joke, You even released an update over the past week and it didn't fix a thing, I have used VOI for over 2 years now and never had issues like this.
The app is jot working, it does not show scooter nor allow me to scan ride. The map did not expand when I shrink it, menu bar have nothing besides profile button and I can’t click on it. Reinstalling, restart app, clear cookies, instal from a different country or restart my phone still can’t get it move. By luck it works properly for once.

Voi app won’t work when using 4g continuing issue every time I try to use scooters
