Follow these steps to resolve intermittent JS app issues:

Force Stop the JS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click JS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update JS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear JS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "JS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch JS.

Fix JS unable to contact server/ JS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click JS » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got JS » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch JS on android.
