I have a problem with Jira Cloud

Crashes every time I try to open. Restarted phone no help. Jira mobile pro. No updates available in App Store. Ios 15.6.1

To resolve Jira Cloud network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Jira Cloud App
1. On android, goto Settings » Jira Cloud » click [Force Stop]

Clear Jira Cloud App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Jira Cloud » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Jira Cloud.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Jira Cloud » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Jira Cloud » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Jira Cloud
