Recently I revisited a working file of 50 drawings which include all my redmarks/layers - the funny thing was, I could see my redmarks on each page through the thumbnails at preview mode. but when I clicked on my plans one by one, the layers all turned into blank and there was no way I could undo it. I went back to the preview mode, the redmarks also disappeared permanently. But my elevations are still working..

How to fix Morpholio Trace app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Morpholio Trace app on iPhone
Update Morpholio Trace app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Morpholio Trace iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Morpholio Trace on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Morpholio Trace network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Morpholio Trace Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Morpholio Trace not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Morpholio Trace App
1. On android, goto Settings » Morpholio Trace » click [Force Stop]

Update Morpholio Trace to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Morpholio Trace App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Morpholio Trace » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Morpholio Trace.

Fix Morpholio Trace unable to contact server/ Morpholio Trace internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Morpholio Trace » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Morpholio Trace » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Morpholio Trace
