After the most recent update when I attempt to login I get the message, Cred.ai cant be used on this device. This may be because you device is rooted,has an unlocked bootloader or is running a custom ROM. I have had no previous issues on this device before the update.

My error message says the app isnt supported on my phone since my phone is rooted. This has not been an issue until the most recent update.

Hi I had no problems login in from Foldz but now its shows up an error message saying. Cred.ai cant be used on this device. This may be because you device is rooted,has an unlocked bootloader or is running a custom ROM. I had no problems before on same phone but now it shows this message. Appreciate your help on this issue. Or else i would have to close my cred.ai account. Thanks

I can't log into my account. It says invalid email/password. Even after I reset my password, it says it's invalid. I would appreciate some help with this issue.
