The biggest complaint is when using it you are not using a secure system at all. When it was hooked up he didn’t sound good. But as of right now will not use because the WiFi used was not secure.
Wouldn’t connect for the first 20 mins. Then kept cutting in and out. Or would start lagging. Needs a lot of work/ improvements
The audio description at Starlight Theatre in Kansas City did not work well because there were Internet connection issues.
Worked great streaming the commercial promoting ListenWIFI , over and over. Once the show started all I got was the blue screen with the logo, no sound, and ListenWIFI kept crashing. Worthless.
Audio is choppy periodically and new connection issue after certain load

How annoying to be listening to a movie or concert and ListenWIFI keeps disconnecting.
Erratic at best. Frequently locks up and won’t play any audio or let you disconnect from ListenWIFI . Disappointing.
The sound cuts out periodically for brief periods of time making you think you are missing some of the message.
If you are in the same room as the speaker the sound coming through “listen everywhere” is delayed compared with the sound from the regular speaker system.
If you are singing your singing is delayed because you hear it delayed.
One very good thing is that while using “listen everywhere” you don’t get the burst of noise when people applaud. Clapping, etc.
Definitely better than FM broadcast for sound . To many mili second stop can get frustrating during movie needs to be more fluid
Could only get it to work the second half of the show. My hearing is poor and this really helps for the speaking parts of a Broadway show. It wouldn’t connect even though I had it set up correctly. I have used it for previous shows and it worked well even though it is a beat behind.
The audio volume isn’t too loud. When there is a lot of noise from the show floor the value of having your own feed shows though. But when the volume isn’t able to override the ambient sounds, it isn’t useful.
Mother-in-law said they were nice & loud but there was an echo between the live mic and the headphones
I have use ListenWIFI at my church for over a year. When it works, it is very helpful as I have a serious hearing loss. I do sometimes have issues with it dropping out, which occurred most recently when I updated my iPhone's operating system. I deleted ListenWIFI and redownloaded it and that seemed to make it more reliable. My biggest issue is that the sound only comes to one of my hearing aides. ListenWIFI would be so much more helpful if I could receive the sound in both ears.
Works very well, but sometimes it drops connection and I have to reload.
We love the system! I was just wondering if there’s anyway we can check how may people are connecting to the network. We haven’t figure out yet
I use ListenWIFI at the New York Mets game regularly and ever since the last upgrade, it has worked much better. Thank you so much for the technology.
This is a terrific program. It’s great for those with hearing aids. Such clean and clear sound. And also for anyone with headphones on their phone. The only concern is that several times during the service, there will be a blip and the sound falls back perhaps half a second behind ambient. That is very distracting if you also hear ambient sound. Eventually it gets back to normal until the next blip.
Standard latency is slight and doesn’t distract much. The occasional blips are noticeable.
Recently my husband had to send his best ear hearing aid back for repairs. That is when, while once again, trying hearing assist during the church service, he really appreciated for the first time his connection to the sound of hearing assist. We have both have been really annoyed with his loss of hearing with his aids missing. That slight echo he had, unlike the hearing aid, was annoying him. Once you accept that, and appreciate the clear sound, you can really appreciate what your hearing aid can’t quite do. Four stars is a request for real time hearing.
Great for conferences. Very easy to use! I wish I had discovered this earlier. ListenWIFI gave me supersonic hearing.
