I have something to feedback, I know BitcoinWallet is from Russia, when I receive email from your app, the receipt shows Russia language, please fix it, BitcoinWallet is international, should be English, I believe BitcoinWallet will become top 10 in the future!

I just purchased $160 in crypto, cane out of my account, verified my transaction on BitcoinWallet and stated they were “purchasing the cryptocurrency”, haven’t received any email confirmations on my purchase and nowhere on BitcoinWallet does it show that I even made the purchase to begin with. The only evidence I have is a picture of it being “processed” before I exited out of BitcoinWallet and was no longer able to see that particular page again. They have 24 hours to either show me my cryptocurrency or I will no longer be using BitcoinWallet.

First time purchase was successful, even though the fees are high. Second time, they took the money from my bank right away. Not only did I not get the bitcoin. It took them 18 hours later to tell me in an email my purchase got declined. And I won’t get my money for 7-10 days. I called my bank and have them approve all international purchases. I made a third purchase. Same thing, it took them almost 5 hours to tell me it was declined. I won’t get the money back till 7-10 days for both fail transactions. I got an email from the saying they won’t be accepting my payment. This is my bank debit MasterCard. This site is a joke, I don’t know why the rating is so high. Don’t waste your time

I depend on this great app for long time and it works very fine except two issues:
1-it does Not provide me with the hash id and the tracking option in the blockchain, which is very necessary for some sites that requires me to provide them with the hash
2-sometimes the company uses an intermediary wallet address different from mine. This even confuses me more when trying to know the hash id in the blockchain history oh my wallet address, finding no trace of some transactions.
These issues needed me to email the support every time I want to know the hash id
Please fix these issues

Have been using BitcoinWallet for a while and I like the simplicity. The new design is cool and easy to use. Suggestions -- "sweep paper wallet" should allow option to manually type a private key when the user doesn't have a QR-code. And I would like option to set my own network fee so that I can pay more to speed up transaction.

Besides the fact that it is generally pretty useful to use Bitcoin on mobile devices, BitcoinWallet is especially useful. It is simply structured, but still offers many useful features (conversion in paper money currencies, private key export, QR-Code recognition). Actually, if a Bitcoin beginner asked my which client to choose, I'd recommend going for Bitcoin wallet!

I sent about $20 to this wallet, and the transaction never came through. The developers were very prompt in their response to my support questions, and were patient in helping me configure BitcoinWallet correctly. I did end up receiving my transaction. I have kept three this app applications for all the currencies I have - ARDR, BTC and ETH. Do not know how I do not know about this. Great for keeping everything in one place without jumping into multiple apps and logging in each time. Also the exchange results are displayed better.

What a great app, so simple to use, my wife and I were exchanging BTC in seconds. Good to see the dev team taking people's issues seriously with personal responses and fixes. Will run with this for a few weeks, and if it stays stable and gentle on battery, will be making a donation.

Easy experience for bitcoin wallet. Just remember not to lose your recovery keys you receive at the beginning, I recommend saving in 2 placec, maybe an encrypted thumb drive and 2FA cloud backup only you can access. Great low fee way to send friends money without confusing exchange.

Love BitcoinWallet . Plus its open source and on github! Have had hundreds of dolars going through with no problem. Always bachup wallet! I have restored with the backup many times. Question for the developer: where can I see my private key? Is the xpub option it?
