They are hit and miss with both quality and delivery. If you have a shop option nearby for meat, best to go there!

I have been struggling to place an order on FreshToHome ever since I downloaded it.
Either the cart does not load,
else the product goes out of stock after adding to cart (at which point FreshToHome freezes),
and if by any stroke of luck I actually manage to reach the payment page, then clicking on ‘online payment’ freezes FreshToHome .
Even when I painfully placed my 1st order, FreshToHome froze and I wasn’t sure if my order was placed.

Can this company please hire a competent software engineer to fix FreshToHome? You can’t always expect customers to pay by cash and use their laptop to place orders.

The order is not coming in 90 min
When we ordered it say 90min later you people will change the time as you wish.
From last month the orders are not coming on time and sending wrong orders . Not giving us the cash back what we paid.
I am an regular customer mostly everyday I am ordering.
From last two weeks because of the weather it came late but now everything is good then why are sending the orders in different times

Please don’t buy from this application anything. These guys are sending FROZEN and waste quantity Iteams if they didn’t find that kind of items they won’t send the items for delivery. I placed the order but they didn’t send the order to me. My money was blocked. They are not responding when I visit the store they asking me to check with support team.

Don’t waste your money and health by using these kind of applications 💁

I have ordered with this this app and they promised a express delivery in 60 min but never received even after 3 hours.. cannot even connect the call to the customer or can do nothing

Excellent products, excellent service, excellent customer support, excellent logistics
BUT
Very poor app experience especially coupon applications, exploring products from cart, no way to ‘continue shopping’ without the back arrow and so on. If these are fixed, there’s nothing less than a 5-star for these guys!

I am using this app since many years. They had been outperforming in all field ie variety, freshness, quality, delivery, packing etc. generally I order sea fish which is good in quality and different varieties are available. Now I don't miss being away from coastal area. It’s like I am buying sea fish from Vishakhapatnam fish market in New Delhi. Rates are little higher for sea fish in NCR portal than Bangalore portal, Hope they may bring parity in future. Wish them all the best and request to add more variety of sea fish in their inventory.

Ready to eat items supplied by this app is fantastic and really tasty.

The meat is so fresh assalamu Alaykum really tasty as naturally flavorful. So much better than meat in stores. My only complaint is that they hand cut the meat pieces instead of using an electric ban-saw so sometimes you’ll find small bits of bone or awkwardly cracked bones so I just make sure to get bigger cut pieces. It’s not too bad but the taste is so amazing so it’s all worth it. Delivery is reliable too. Oh yeah, sadly sometimes they have things out is stock such as ground meats but not too often.

Have been buying all my non veg for the last 5 months from fresh to home. Awesome service and packaging. Fish is fresh and have had no complaints so far.

I can tell a huge difference in quality to the chicken I previously bought in the stores. It is fresh and not full of antibiotics or steroids. My chicken dishes always come out so tender! The price is unbeatable.

Very old fish supplied today that too I ordered for three packets amounting to 2 kg .
I am very sorry to receive fish so pathetically old.
What am supposed to do with this?

During this time we choose this app is really wise choice. And on top of that they are quality is really awesome, the meat and the packed in good quality. And they clean the meat properly and awesome.
