Waste application and poor quality groceries

Please don’t buy from this application anything. These guys are sending FROZEN and waste quantity Iteams if they didn’t find that kind of items they won’t send the items for delivery. I placed the order but they didn’t send the order to me. My money was blocked. They are not responding when I visit the store they asking me to check with support team.
Don’t waste your money and health by using these kind of applications 💁
App does not work

I have been struggling to place an order on this app ever since I downloaded it.
Either the cart does not load,
else the product goes out of stock after adding to cart (at which point the app freezes),
and if by any stroke of luck I actually manage to reach the payment page, then clicking on ‘online payment’ freezes the app.
Even when I painfully placed my 1st order, the app froze and I wasn’t sure if my order was placed.
Can this company please hire a competent software engineer to fix this app? You can’t always expect customers to pay by cash and use their laptop to place orders.

I have ordered with this Freshtohome and they promised a express delivery in 60 min but never received even after 3 hours.. cannot even connect the call to the customer or can do nothing
