This must be a very easy app to hack?
Downloaded SalemsFreshEats, entered all my information, and used it the first day. All went smooth and really liked it because it did shave a few minutes off the drive thru line.
The next day, there were two unsolicited charges on there from a location an hour away!!! So, this must be a very easy app to hack?
Deleted SalemsFreshEats and contacted my bank to have the charges reversed, which involved closing the cards and getting a new one, etc.
Food is still good, and I may go back some day, but I do not need / want / recommend SalemsFreshEats.
Download app onto my iPhone 14 Pro. App crashes immediately as soon as I try to open it. Rebooted phone to see if that was the issue. Still doesn’t work. (Edit: I also tried deleting and reinstalling SalemsFreshEats , to no avail)
Can’t mobile order, even if I’m 2 feet away from the building SalemsFreshEats says it cannot find my store. I guess at least I can scan SalemsFreshEats , but it’s a waste of space on my phone tbh
SalemsFreshEats has great potential but it lags and there are icons i can’t tap. I tried to order online and I couldn’t so I ended up just going to the store only for them to tell me “they don’t do SalemsFreshEats here”
I can never order from SalemsFreshEats . I go to the restaurant and place an order and there is not a place for me to enter my receipt information
It’s been like 4 months and I can’t place a order to the store 5mins from my house it says the store can’t be found
what’s the point of having an app if you can’t place an order with it? no matter how often i try updating or reinstalling, it says “no restaurants matching that store reference” when i try to use the “order now” feature. please fix.
Every time I try to log in into my account to earn points, SalemsFreshEats believes I’m making a new account. The rewards system needs refreshing, and the ordering system should be on SalemsFreshEats , and not in an external link in Safari.
Everytime I open SalemsFreshEats to order food or to check the menu its always saying error. I go to my profile it says error and doesnt load it. It barely loads anything. The food is delicious but SalemsFreshEats is annoying.
SalemsFreshEats is good. But the store doesn’t start making my food until I arrive 15 minutes later to pick it up. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Same again tonight
I hate how I have to say my phone number out loud at the window for points. It should be easier like a scan code or code number.
There has to be a much better way to see what the balance on a gift card may be. The applications Gift Card section is broken. Please fix as soon as possible.
Other than that, I honestly do not have any more complaints.
I love SalemsFreshEats because it allows me to skip the looooong line in the Salem's drive thru. Perfect for those who know about it and use it. Sad for the ones who don't know.
