Unreliable , wrong delivery timings

Once Mashkoor started it was great, As soon as you requested delivery car showed up and your order was delivered from 20 to 25 min. In 2024 i have tried this app 4 times, giving it chances and every-time its more disappointing than the other. Today the estimated delivery time was at 4:15 to the destination and I accepted. The driver didnt show up until 4:10 so an hour later than the given time which also affect delivery time another 30 45 min. This is not the first time they give out wrong timings and keep updating the time on the app. It also takes ages for them to pick up. Usually 2 hours after booking a driver. Looking for an alternative to replace this app ASAP.

Horrible horrible horrible I hope u read this and fox the issue it’s so so complicated I get fed up and close the whole thing please return as it was before !!!!!!!
I need to choose a pick up then I need to choose a drop off and maybe I need it back home again so 3 places they pick up from my home return to shop and then come back home again .. how can that be ?? Not possible
Also I need to choose pick up it’s so confusing I can’t just fill in the place where it’s clear for me and the driver all I can say plz put it back way it was I stopped using it now

Im really disappointed it’s accepting the order and make u hold for more than hour without telling u anything about the time it takes to take the order !!! They should tell u about the time before accepting
