Once Mashkoor started it was great, As soon as you requested delivery car showed up and your order was delivered from 20 to 25 min. In 2024 i have tried Mashkor 4 times, giving it chances and every-time its more disappointing than the other. Today the estimated delivery time was at 4:15 to the destination and I accepted. The driver didnt show up until 4:10 so an hour later than the given time which also affect delivery time another 30 45 min. This is not the first time they give out wrong timings and keep updating the time on Mashkor . It also takes ages for them to pick up. Usually 2 hours after booking a driver. Looking for an alternative to replace Mashkor ASAP.
They state that they will deliver in one hour. Then when I ordered it took 2 hours. Not reliable and unprofessional.
I’m writing this review in a taxi I had to call last minute to make a delivery because this app canceled my pick up/delivery without any notification or heads up. I placed my order earlier this afternoon and spoke with customer service to ensure it was accepted and would be carried through. Since then, it was canceled at the time delivery was supposed to take place and customer service will not answer my calls, although they are online on WhatsApp. This is all after Mashkor crashed over 6 times while using it and me redownloading it to work. It is my first and last time using this app. Mashkor is a great idea and much needed but unfortunately comes down to very poor execution.

I need to choose a pick up then I need to choose a drop off and maybe I need it back home again so 3 places they pick up from my home return to shop and then come back home again .. how can that be ?? Not possible
Also I need to choose pick up it’s so confusing I can’t just fill in the place where it’s clear for me and the driver all I can say plz put it back way it was I stopped using it now
Worst collection of drives, they all ask from us (the client) to send them whatsapp location and sometimes they don’t understand how to open them or use them. so they ask for google maps location. whats the point of the application if all the drivers call us and ask for location and Mashkor has and request All the information. pointless
Most unprofessional people once your money is with them you’ll never see it back even if you didn’t receive anything.
Im really disappointed it’s accepting the order and make u hold for more than hour without telling u anything about the time it takes to take the order !!! They should tell u about the time before accepting

Just what I need!!! I never wrote a comment for an app before except one time, and it was a complaint. However, Mashkor is perfect I used it to order my pet food from petzone alRai and it took less than 45 minutes and for free as a gift I just payed for the food, and I was able to track the order from the beginning until it arrived to my house! In the begging I was kind of lost but later on once I got use to Mashkor i use Mashkor almost on daily bases it’s a live saver and does the job exactly as needed.. keep up the good work!
