Went to Longhorn Jan 23, with my son. He ordered chicken and I ordered a T-Bone. I am in a wheelchair, and on oxygen but I sit at the table. waitress brought me a salad. The lettuce was not iceberg. It was awful, but I ate most of it. we are in a booth, but they start putting tables together and 20 men came and sit down and our waitress started taking care of them. we needed drinks, napkins and bread. finally got them. It was so noisy you could not hear anyone talking; they brought our food and my food was wrong, (ny strip). My son got through eating before I got my t-bone It was not seasoned. ate part of it and had to leave because I was running out of oxygen after waiting 20 minutes for my food and I started having a panic attack. I ordered Togo for my family and I only to have received the entire wrong order when opening the bag at home.
I have ordered from Longhorn every week sometimes twice a week. On March 30 I placed an order paid for it online picked it up got it home and it was very cold. The butter had not even melted on the potato. I don’t know if this is gonna do any good, but if the service doesn’t get any better than this, you’ve lost my business for sure

Do not waste all of your time trying to place an order. Buggy and cumbersome to begin with. Once you you finally think you’re done and have submitted an order- nothing. This app does not work. Your order will not actually be sent to the restaurant, and you will have to reorder in person and wait even longer. I use to do web app development. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I am really getting sick of some app developers getting paid big bucks to create such terrible apps. I read the other reviews and see that these issues aren’t even new! The app has been terrible for a long time. This is something that should have never happened and, because they are informed through these reviews, they know it doesn’t work, yet don’t bother to fix it. They even have the restaurants in on it, and they feign ignorance and then get pushy about making you again place your order over the phone. If I wanted to call in my order I would have done that to begin with. Oh, and to all the geniuses on here writing restaurant reviews…really? Are you actually that dense? This is meant to be a means to submit a review about the iPhone app. No one cares that Flo down at your local Longhorn is the best server ever, and your food was delicious, or that Butch was a terrible server and your food was cold, plus you didn’t order the “special sauce” and it tasted funny. Here’s your sign….

My family and I come here quite often and have never had a meal as bad as tonight. It started w the salads my salad was okay but had the wrong lettuce which was fine I ate it. My husband had a regular salad w ranch dressing and the dressing was very sour/ spoiled. After the second bite he became nauseous and couldn’t even attempt to eat anymore. The waitress came and asked if there was an issue and he explained that there was something very wrong w the salad dressing and she said “okay” and took it away. The dinners weren’t any better. My husbands steak was very burnt on the outside, it looked like someone ground up charcoal and covered the steak. The total flavor of the steak was “char”. My daughter who ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken was also disappointed as the chicken was way over cooked and had very little cheese on it. I’m not sure what was going on tonight but like I said we eat here quite often and it’s never been this bad. Our bill was almost $100 and for that kind of money you would hope you were getting a delicious meal. This will most likely be out last visit here for a very long time. Oh, on the bright side..the char from the steak got rid of the spoiled ranch flavor he had in his mouth before the dinner arrived.

Placed an order online at 5:30 for pickup at 7. Did what was asked text with name and pickup # and then waited and waited and waited. At 730 a guy came out and for my name and he went inside. There was a lot of people waiting on orders. One car pulled up and they got their food within 20 minutes. A second vehicle pulled into the spot and after 15 minutes a lady brought her their food. They had a second order as well. We asked them what time they ordered (6:45) and now we are pushing 7:50. At 8 pm I got out of the car and went inside after the car next to us got its second order. After making my way through a crowd, I finally got to the area where the manager was. They said they only have 4 people working. They asked for my name again. So the after looking on the bar counter my food was the first bag there. I said something about it probably is cold by now since it was ordered at 5:30 for 7pm pickup and it’s now 8:15. They offered a dessert but I didn’t want to wait another hour for food. It was cold to lukewarm depending on what I was eating. Completely disappointed and won’t go back after the stupid stay at home order is lifted.
