I recently upgraded to the latest iwatch software. Chatify no longer works! Chatify no longer gives a QR code so you can sync to WhatsApp. It just says waiting for iPhone and asks to open Chatify on my phone, when I open that my phone say open QR code on my phone to scan QR code on iwatch that is not there. I have tried everything, reboot, Delete, turn off etc and nothing works. Can you help urgently please, I relied on this very much. Thank you I have a Series -5, 44mm iwatch.

Hello there, I have an issue with the chatify package. The images from the message archive are not loading anymore. I don't actually know why, because the images storage is not local, I`m importing my images from digitalocean. I`m looking forward for your message. Kind regards, Bogdan

How to fix Chatify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Chatify app on iPhone
Update Chatify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Chatify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Chatify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Chatify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Chatify Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Chatify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Chatify App
1. On android, goto Settings » Chatify » click [Force Stop]

Update Chatify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Chatify App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Chatify » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Chatify.

Fix Chatify unable to contact server/ Chatify internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Chatify » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Chatify » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Chatify
