It doesn’t work Whatsapp with persons with online disabled, this is new in the last few days of December I think, when are you going to solve the issue?... thank you.

How to fix Dakta app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dakta app on iPhone
Update Dakta app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dakta iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dakta on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dakta network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Dakta Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Dakta not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Dakta App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dakta » click [Force Stop]

Update Dakta to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dakta App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dakta » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dakta.

Fix Dakta unable to contact server/ Dakta internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dakta » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dakta » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dakta
