Follow these steps to resolve intermittent My Hub app issues:

Force Stop the My Hub App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click My Hub app. » click "Force Stop".

Update My Hub to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear My Hub App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "My Hub app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch My Hub.
